  Door to door salesman that I actually liked, signed up for the service, was told they would remove all muddauber and wasp nest and spray inside the house and would need someone home. When they arrived they didnt spray inside saying I didnt pay for that service. They knocked down some of the mud ****** nest but not all, some of the nest was still on the house, the pieces they did know off where left on the porches and not cleaned up. Tried calling that day, and several days following. Called no less than 10 times and left messages, text messaged and tried to email(returned undeliverable), they contacted me today to upsale a service via AI text messages. I called and they actually answered, told them i wanted to cancel and was not happy how they performed their service. They told me I had a contract and would be charged a cancellation fee. I told them that they were in breach of contract from the first visit by not doing what I was told they would do. They charged me a ****** cancellation fee. I now have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. They are a disgrace to the service industry. ******** customer service, they do not do what you are sold on and will not answer their phones. STAY AWAY

  I am seeing more bugs in and around my house than before my property was serviced. After reading these reviews, I'm starting to think contracting them was a huge mistake.

  Door-to-door salesman who claimed to help with eradication of grasshopper and wasp infestation. He lied on several accounts. (1) He said the charge was $50. I gave a credit card and discovered later I was charged $59.99. He said the product was totally natural, made of the flower chrysanthemum, and wasn't toxic to bees or animals. That's a lie. The poison apparently mimics the flower and he knew I only wanted a natural, wholesome product. I didn't realize I was signing a contract for a year. I called the salesman today and he denied saying I'd only be charged $50. My neighbor was standing there with us when he said that; the salesman denied talking to any customer who had a neighbor present. I have a copy of my neighbor's receipt who used the same service and he was charge $49.99. So I can prove the salesman lied. They also said they'd come out and spray again for free if the first spray didn't control the grasshopper/wasp population. That was a lie because the receipt showed otherwise plus I called today saying the wasp population was much worse. He said they'd return in ***** days. That doesn't take care of the wasps when needed nor was there a second return for free according to the receipt. I tried calling the company but so far haven't heard back, but after reading all the other reviews, I can predict what's going to happen.

  forged signature of contract and didn't do the service they said they would. Called to cancel the service and they sent a tech anyway was there 10 minutes and left and charged us anyway, Called to ask about the signature on the contract not being our and was told they didn't deal with that to take it up with our bank. then charged our card $365.00 for early cancellation of the contract that was forged.

  Do not sing a contract withs company they are a thieves and crooks the way they do business i spoke with account manager**** and never get solution he not care about the customers , they come and do partially outside to do the inside work you need the request that was the answer , last time they call me to let me know the come early I call back and told the lady to call me because no one was on the house we be there after 3 pm not body call me and they say the come and do the outside and the front ( without my permission) not inside and back and left , now my contract is over and they renewed with not ask me charge 3 months to cancel . The manger ******** I spoke not willing to do anything the respond is charge my credit card on file $ ****** . They call me to offer free termite inspection maybe they think I am ****** to get that lied and get charge for that, They come to your door to offer service does not believe what the promise they train to lied and get you . Not deserve even a one star not waste your money

  This company is made up of nothing but crooks, thieves, and con artists!!! I called them on March 26th at 10:56AM (duration of call was (16min 17sec) explaining to them that I wanted to cancel my service. There were many reasons why I wanted to cancel the service with them including poor service to double charging me. I had this call with their customer service manager "******". Finally, when I realized I was getting nowhere I just chocked up the $146.12 as a wash and said whatever and ************* May 29th at 11:08AM I called again to ask why they charged my account another $146.12 when I told them on the last call in March that I wanted to cancel the service. ****** (account manager) says to me that when we hung up from the call that we had in March he assumed that I wanted to continue the service because I never verified with him that I still wanted the service terminated. I don't believe I would need to say it twice but with this company I guess I should have stated it over and over. ****** also stated that he didn't want to refund the $146.12 because I never verified this with him. I asked if I could speak to somebody above him so I could get this resolved and he stated that there was nobody above him I could talk to other than the CEO and the *** which they don't take calls. After this I told him that I would be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and if I could have his last name or extension which he said I couldn't have either. Afterwards I asked for a copy of the recording so I could share with my attorney because we would get this resolved in court and he then stated "seriously, over $146.12"? I explained to him yes because if he is trying to steal money from me than I'm sure he is doing it to many others. (After reading other reviews I was correct about them stealing money from others) He then came back on the phone and said he would refund the $146.12 and that he felt threatened by me because I asked for his last name and extension.

  They lie, they cheat, all amid a complete fraud!!! We contracted with them in late 2024. We have a mice problem. They came out and put these little sticky mice traps all over our house. Thinking this would solve the problem who are you kidding? All of us living here saw mice run AROUND the boxes not into them where they get stuck. The little boxes did catch 5 during three months while my snap traps caught 21 plus in the same time frame. We quit .counting. We also put out a number of mice poisoning containers and we have found many dead mice sense. Our problem is wrapping up. Here was what they did. I called ****** who is a manager there and complained. He exploded telling me that if I had not left food out for the mice they would never had come. We told them we were done with them and never come again. Big mistake!!! He went ballistic. They sent another guy out to our house to service it under there 12 month $129 per mo. Contract. We intercepted him and sent him away. Called ****** again. Told him do not send out anyone, anymore to our house. 2 days later we get phone call from someone who said I just finished servicing your house. Well be asking collecting our next $129. We know no one came. I was there the entire day and no one came.. Then *** tried sending a payment through, fortunately we terminated the payment method. Wow, an onslaught of daily calls, texts and emails trying to get another payment. This has not stopped at all. I warn Everyone who believes that this is a legit company to think again. The BBB rates them F! Just read the BBB stories. To sum it up we have paid $129 for three month. There traps have caught 5 mice. $387 divided by 5 = $77.40 per mouse. Are you kidding me. All they want is more $ for doing almost nothing. I take that back they were here for about 30 minutes and put there box traps out. WHAT A MONUMENTAL SCAM!!!!
