    I purchased a Technicolor C2100T ******** modem/router that is listed as compatible with TDS service provider, after an hour with a tech from TDS we could not get it to work, I sent the unit back and did receive a quick refund back but I paid $97.98 for it, it cost me a little over $11 to ship it back which is fine but I only got $68.39 refunded to me, almost $30 less than what I paid, they call it a restocking fee ( picking it up and putting it on a shelf ). I guess I should be happy to get something back but I will stay away from this business in the future.

    Very sorry to hear that you were not able to perform the due diligence and call your provider to confirm that the model you were going to purchase was compatible as it outlined in our terms of purchase. Sounds like spending that 30 mins would have saved you $30 but such negligence did unfortunately result in a restocking fee since we did nothing wrong but ship you the exact model you ordered. With higher shipping costs you were charged our original shipping costs plus we don't just "put it back on the shelf" as we have to hook the unit up and make sure it is clean and not damaged before being able to do such. Bottom line, this return was 100% preventable by performing the exact due diligence advised in our purchase terms instead of just buying and "hoping for the best". We We have thousands of positive revies on our website over 95% combined positive rating on ************* and ******* but the BBB makes a great home for these kinds of buyers where the BBB has a C rating themselves for the lop sides review pay to play procedures they use.

    Any business that operates without ongoing communication, with no phone contact, and with the many many negative reviews that this one has on file, is at least a serious risk for any customer. I researched them and found little to support their reputation. Just be aware of the businesses that you send your money to. This one is striking out too much. I was buying from them until I saw all of the negative reviews and the unsatisfactory resolutions that came with them. It makes it all but impossible to trust this business.

    Thank you for your feedback however as you confirm you are not even a customers of ours as you didn't buy anything from us. That being said we currently have a 100% positive feedback rating on **** and a 94% positive rate on Amazon to go with almost **** positive reviews on our website, but again, you never even purchased anything from us and have just pre-judged us of which we would love to have a chance to prove you wrong if given the chance instead of making up a story based on ZERO EXPERIENCE with us.
