    Thank you for reaching out with your feedback! It appears the issues on the order are discount code related. We apologize for the delayed/lack of response regarding the failed 10% off code. It looks like the order was not placed by using the link in the email so that discount did not apply. Also, the main item on the order is question was already a discounted sale item so that code would not have applied to the order. There would have only be a 70 cent discount on the order. I have reached out to the customer to offer store credit for that promo code. Stay safe and have a great day!

    Ordered a large order of items to do several builds . One **** upper that arrived damaged. I paid for the insurance, the insurance wouldnt honor the damaged items cause I didnt have the box, it only took 2.5 weeks for anything to respond even saying I needed the box. I send pics and emails for weeks. Finally the company also denied Me a replacement hand guard. The absolute worst customer service ever. Horrible. Paid for ins.. useless Go to other sites with proper customer service. Never use this low budget website. They are not trust worthy or reliable

When an order is placed with ROUTE package protection, an email is sent to the customers with all the relevant info in order to get a claim approved. It appears that route denied the claim as the packaging was not produced so they couldn't tell if the item was damaged in transit. Our terms and conditions also clearly state that if there is an issue with the order that we need pictures of the item in question along with ALL packaging materials. Even though that claim was denied, we offered a 10% store credit per our terms and conditions (typically is 5% for cosmetic damage) but the customer didn't want that credit.     Thier branded products don't necessarily have the fit and finish of more expensive brands, but that can be fine for budget builds. Unfortunately, when parts are of completely sub-par quality, the company is not very responsive to address the issues despite the well sounding "warranty" listed on their website. I attempted to reach out via email and social media multiple times, but the company will not respond.

    I have two orders containing FFL items. It is past 17 business days already and have not received any updates. Tried calling and no customer service representative available. I feel like I got scammed. They should not even be allowed to take funds out of the credit card until the items ship. I will try to see if I can initiate a chargeback with my credit card.

    Thank you for reaching out to provide your feedback. It looks like the customer reached out on BUSINESS day 2 of the 1-8 day shipping estimate. Our agent provided an update but was not very clear on the order status. This order shipped out yesterday, business day 8 but the customer filed a dispute with their bank so we will have to get that order returned or intercept the package until that dispute is resolved. We are working with customer service to implement some new policies regarding responding to these tickets. Stay safe and have a great day!

    Made an order not knowing about the 8 day waiting time to fulfill orders, I was kinda panicking because I needed the parts asap, I emailed them through their website on my laptop, they sent a generic response via ZenDesk.But I looked at the email and it asked to leave additional information, so I asked if they could rush my order , and then I sent the email back to them. About an hour later they responded to my email and to my delight the rushed my order, big thanks to ********** at DTT for getting back to me in a timely manner and straight handling the situation for me. What a professional person and I hope he is recognized for his hard work and dedication to customer service. I now have tracking information and peace of mind . The last order I made with them 12/27/22 didnt get shipped until 1-17-23, they did however email me after I emailed them complaining about the wait and they honestly told me that they had almost half of their staff caught a well known virusand they were barely keeping their heads above water trying to fill all the orders. DTT is a great company to deal with but I do agree that sometimes your emails and calls seem to go into the oblivion but rest assured they will get better once they are full staff. Thank you again to ********** and within a year youll be running that place ..hopefully lol.****************
