    Ordered 11/6/2025 Priorty mail. Have attempted contact by phone and email numerous times and they have not replied. I want to know were my order is. This is ridiculous.

    Placed order on 10/5. As of 10/27 have not received items or any response to inquiries. Website is useless for getting information. No recourse, money lost.

    Horrible, ordered 3 weeks ago, never shipped, no answer from there auto-emails, I was a return customer but will NEVER USE THIS HACK SITE AGAIN.

    Was expecting nothing more then a complete scam after reading the reviews of DTT... My order was shipped after 4 business days and arrived 1 day earlier then expected. My part was a very hard item to find in stock and often listed incorrectly, I recieved the correct part with great timing. Maybe I had just good luck but I am totally pleased and would be more then willing to do business with them again.

    I paid a lot of money for an AR10. Right out of the box it wouldnt fire right. I immediately emailed them. It took a couple of months to respond. Their response to me is that I needed to do this, I needed to do that etc with no Idea if it would fix the problem They said send it back and if they say its messed up theyll give me store credit. It was clear that no matter what they would say that they found nothing wrong with it and that it was my problem. Buy products from them at your own risk!!

    If you have absolute confidence you won't have a problem with anything, then order from here. There is NO customer support for any problems. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a call back or even an email to send back a slide assembly that doesn't work. Multiple messages, multiple emails, and NOTHING. By goodness they will take your money and spend 5 days trying to figure out how to ship it **** which took another week. It is too bad because they have good prices on things, but no customer support. No one will respond to help me. Guess I'm stuck with this G19 slide that destroys triggers and won't go into battery. Won't buy from again!!!

    I just ordered two of the Christmas Ambidextrous charging handle deals and my orders shipped out in a timely manner. They all arrived on time and the parts are very nice.

    I have called to try to talk to customer service and customer service management about lead time for a package and if I could purchase faster shipping since the product has not left their warehouse now mind you they claim 1 to 5-day shipping on the website but this is 12 Business days after the purchase I figured a 20-day lead time would be enough to get it to my house .I'm sure that I will get an automated response to this that everyone can see and that will give you an idea of what you have to deal with when I called customer service the first time I was told that the package was awaiting shipping and just needed to be picked up. When I called the customer service manager and explained that I was told this she says yeah it wasn't ready for shipping. They have not got the product ready yet. And she said that the person that told me it was ready and waiting for shipping. Meant that awaiting for shipping means that they still haven't processed the order yet . I called ship station and ask a scenario if the order could be changed before it left. The shipping facility ship station says that they pride themselves in flexibility of orders until it has left the facility. so I am left feeling constantly poked with the repeated emails for shipping times and prices and Christmas gifts when knowing that there's no way they can fulfill but they want customers to keep buying with those assumptions

    They deluge me with e-mail several times per day. Their unsubscribe link does not work. I have requested their customer service to unsubscribe me sever times. I am still getting their obnoxious e-mails. No not know how to get them to stop. What a junk company. Wish I could give them negative stars.
