      Great product, fast delivery, easy installation...Looks great, far superior to other flag poles I have purchased in the past...Plus my neighbors have asked where did I purchase this.

      Everything is made in *****...the website is very deceiving that products are *** based. When you receive the products, they are all labeled "PRC" (Peoples Republic of China). You must pay all return shipping, and on top of that, they will not refund you for shipping costs from the original shipment. Lookup "Service First Products" and you will see many complaints of deception and a business owner with extravagant spending habits on cars. So shameful!

      *****, there is no attempt made to mislead anyone. We intentionally keep our USA based line separate from our imported and manufactured over seas flagpoles to prevent any confusion.

      I am eagerly awaiting my first purchase. By the looks of the website, all the information on the product and the culture represented by old glory, I'm expecting nothing but the best! We run a yard construction business, and offer flagpoles to our customers with promotional offers. After a lot of research on the internet, I suspect this will be my go to company.

      Wanted to share my thoughts on my purchase of your Freedom, 20' telescoping flagpole purchase this past July. I got the unit installed in September. I'm in *******, between ******** and *****, and due to the soil conditions here, and wind, decided to set my concrete base a bit deeper and wider for added stability. Since installed, I've gone through Hurricane ****** and a number of high wind events with no problem (took the pole down for ******). Very pleased with the tether kit for half staff usage. After the first five months, I'm very pleased with the flagpole and have received many compliments. The only area of concern is the solar light. The illumination is less than expected, and doesn't have an adequate dispersion angle to satisfactory illuminate the flag unless it is hanging limp and then only about the diameter of the light housing itself. Would definitely recommend this company and flagpole, both are first rate.

      I am totally pleased with every product I have purchased. I purchased my flagpole from them almost 2 years ago. 30 telescoping Still bronze still standing. I purchased the dream lights flagpole Christmas light set this year. Wow. Amazing. Easy to install. Even had a string acting up. Instructions are perfectly clear on how to troubleshoot. Followed the instructions. 5 minutes. Works perfectly. I am sure as everyone has said. If I have a problem they will address and handle the issues. Thanks for your service.

      I have a 25' extendable flagpole with the premium light at the top and we love it. It is so easy to lower and then extend to full length. I am a 5' tall, 125 lb woman and I can do it all by myself. The pole is extremely sturdy and even held up in the recent Hurricane ******. We also have a wall mounted pole with the premium light at the top of the pole with rotating rings. We have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their customer ********************** is very good, and they go out of their way to assist with any questions.
