5 starsOn 9-11-24 I updated a 15' pole I purchased in Sept 2001, with the Service First 25 ' Freedom edition. I have. upgraded flags , clips, I lock the pole to the base with a trailer lock. I fly two flags, 24/7. I have gotten a couple of friends ready to purchase their own! Adding two more Freedom Plate options. Love this Guys!!Review fromErin W

5 starsI ordered my flag pole about 3 or 4 years ago and I love it. It is the best flag pole kit I have ever owned. the people were very helpful and very friendly. 5 starsRetired ARMY here. I absolutely love my 25' telescoping pole. When I had questions about products recently I was helped by ***** in customer **********************. He was easy to work with, provided solutions to me in a very timely way which exceeded my expectations. I love working with the people here. My pole has been standing tall with two 3x5 flags on it for months now and has withstood reported ********************* all types of *********** weather. Great quality products! 5 starsI bought a 20 foot flag pole from them two years ago. The flagpole was beautiful but last winter and a big storm. The bottom section bowed a littlebit. I sent pictures of it to them and they sent me a replacement section. No questions asked when the section arrived. It was shorter than my original which they told me was because they redesigned the pole and made it four sections instead of three sections to make it stronger so they sent me an entire new pole for free.
