    Exactly as ordered and arrived in a very reasonable time. And as an added benefit actually found the one that originally came with the tool. Like I told RYOBIwhen you lose or misplace a tool and have developed an Excedrin headache trying to find it, the only tried and true remedy is to buy a replacement. To future clientsALWAYS HAVE THE PART NUMBER WHEN TRYING TO FIND IT!

    Horrible experience I order the part next day and it took almost a week and a half to arrive. I paid for next day air and then on the shipping label it showed 2nd day which made the package later for my trip and made it so I could not even use the part. When I called them the customer ********************** was rude and not very helpful.
