1 starOn October 18, 2023, I placed an order for 3 replacement parts for my vacuum cleaner. My credit card was immediately charged the full amount of the parts plus shipping for a total of $34.10. When placing the order, the indication was shipping would be 3-5 days. On November 25, 2023, I received an email that the order had been delayed and to follow the tracking information for updates. The tracking information never changed. I followed up with an email to ereplacementparts.com as I had not received the 3 parts or any update to my order. I did receive a response with general information and to contact customer ********************** by email and restate the issue which I did on 11/25/2023. No Response. I called the customer ********************** number that was provided on 11/28/2023 and was advised by ****** that 2 of the parts were available and that the missing part would be in soon and all 3 items would be shipped on 12/11/2023. Here are the specifics: Order #******** ****Date: 10/18/23**** Time: 13:49:18 PM. I called customer ********************** again today several times and continue to get a busy signal. I am still interested in receiving the 2 parts that they claim they have in stock-- Parts #E-71492 and E-*****-2 shipped overnight at their expense. Otherwise, cancel the order and refund my credit card for the full amount. I have been more than patient and feel as though I have been scammed. 1 starI ordered a part on 1/21/24. I got an email confirmation, every time I go to check the shipping information, it says dropship processing, and the shipment date always reads the current date. The label also says expect delivery within 3-5 business days. There was no message or warning that my product was on back order at the time of purchase. 1 starRepeatedly delayed parts that were advertised as in stock at time of purchase. Had to call ************* twice to pull updates. The first call I was told wholesaler delay- the second call I was told manufacturer delay. The supervisor I spoke with on the second call was a touch glib, spoke to me as is I was simple and took no ownership of the issue (blamed the manufacturer for all issues). I called ereplacement parts and received many, many, many excuses as to why I have not received the product including a list of reasons their business is having difficulties. 1 starI'm not sure what's going on with them but I have always had great service in the past. But now it shows orders to ship in 4 or 5 days and it's been almost a month now. I had to call several times because they will not respond to emails. After canceling my order because they said they had no idea if or when they would receive my parts, now I'm being told it could take 48 hours to cancel and 5 to 10 days to issue a refund. It took them 5 seconds to take my money when my order was placed!! Very disappointed in them now!!eReplacementparts.com, LLC

1 starPlaced an order (number ********) for 3 parts for a Ryobi log splitter on 12/10 with a shipping date of 12/22. Like other posted here the company has no response to email and does not have phone reps to help. Contacted Ryobi on 1/19 directly and they told me they have discontinued these 3 parts and are no longer available from the manufacturer. So, eReplacementparts know the parts are no longer available. Total scam taking orders for parts that are no longer available. I will contact my cc company for investigation and refund concerns.eReplacementparts.com, LLC

1 starOrdered part numbers K-0650/D24233/CAC-***** on 12/31/23. I still have not received my parts. This order is still active. They keep telling me it's going to ship. The order is now in dropship status. I'm going to ride this process out just to see what happens. It has become a personal issue now. Don't get me wrong I still need my parts as my machine is still down waiting on them. I'm like the rest of you folks in wishing I read reviews before ordering. It's quite obvious E Replacement parts is a poorly ran business. Take your money and have no control over customer relations. I would not have a business ran like this. Don't know how they can still be in business. Have read the BBB complaints and they have done nothing also to rate this company or fix issue as far as I can tell.
