NEVER RENT FROM THEM. I wish I could give them negative stars because they don't deserve any. My wife and I rented a town house from the owner, but he handed the property over to Reeder about 2 months before we moved out. I'm so glad we didn't have to deal with them for longer than that! This company is full of idiots and crooks. They never answer the phone, and their communication is horrible once you do get ahold of them. If you try to contact them, one person will tell you one thing, and later another person will contact you and say something different. When we did move out, they wanted to charge us an outrageous amount for cleaning and repairs. However, we kept the town house in good shape, and we deep cleaned according to their cleaning list. When we asked for itemized charges, they couldn't provide them because the cleaning hadn't been done yet! They didn't have the town house inspected and cleaned until two months after we moved out. Of course things are going to get dusty and dirty again after that long! Then, when the cleaning was done, they showed us their bill and tried to charge us for more than what they were being charged! They also claimed we had left property on site, but we hadn't. We provided date-stamped photos proving that the materials were there before we moved in, and they still wouldn't remove the full charges. After fighting with them for 4 months, they slightly reduced the charges, but when compared with the bill, again, the amount they reduced was less than the amount they were trying to charge us for the corresponding items. They clearly overcharged us, and when we asked them about it multiple times, they gave no answer. Again, this company is a bunch of crooks. The 5-star reviews on their website are obviously fake ones they paid for. When you see their low ratings on ****** and Yelp, you see honest reviews about the same things I'm mentioning here: horrible communication and stealing people's money.
