      BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM IFIT.Don't purchase from IFit; customer service is terrible and they literally don't care. All they want is your money - this is so very sad because the actual trainers and the programs they put together are wonderful. IFit creates software updates that literally break the machine's ability to actually work. IT CRASHES. IFit creates issues so that an individuals IP address is blocked and then try to blame it on an internet service. IFit's member experience representative's do not listen to the customer nor do they keep concise notes on previous complaint calls.We cannot access IFit from any device, with or without WiFi - We have spent over 15+ hours attempting to fix the problem IFit created with no luck. We brought in an IT professional to look at the "alleged" Firewall/Parental Controls that IFit claimed was causing the situation. There are NO firewalls/parental controls. We contacted our Internet provider and confirmed there are no issues with our service.

      Included a year's subscription to iFit with the purchase of my Nordictrack treadmill in January 2024. The delivery and setup were well managed. I registered my equipment and waited for the free one-month trial of iFit to be activated. Several emails and days later, it was ... finally. On March 17 I was notified that this subscription was over and I was encouraged (via several emails) to purchase an additional subscription. I started emailing and sending copies of the order confirmation and invoice with no response from iFit until March 26 when I was asked, again, if I was interested in purchasing a subscription. Again, I responded to that email on the same day it was received, again, attaching order confirmation and invoice and two days later .... nothing.The product itself is good, but the customer service isn't. I will continue to work to get what I purchased, but certainly won't be recommending Nordictrack or iFit to anyone since I understand iFit owns Nordictrack.

      Its a shame zero stars isnt an option. Ifit no longer has an option to sign up for an individual plan online, only family plans. Im told individual plans must be done over the phone by providing my credit card information to their employee. How is this good business?? Clearly most people are not comfortable giving their credit card info over the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable. If they are able to offer family memberships online, theres no reason they cant offer individual memberships. This sounds an awful lot like a potential scam to obtain customers credit card info for fraudulent use.

      My treadmill was broke the day they installed it in my home. After 9 months of them sending techs to fix it its still broken and they wont give me a refund! $5k down the drain!!!! Beware!!!!

      Bought treadmill online directly from NordicTrack. Received item damaged they sent replacement parts but said there was not anyone in my area to replace parts, I would have to contact a professional in my area and that they would reimburse me. Its been over ten weeks and no compensation and they blocked my emails. I purchased an extended warranty/maintenance plan when I purchased the treadmill, how will they honor this if they have no one in my area and are not compensating me for the warranty work?

      Shipment of the equipment was delayed, however, ifit started charging me for the membership before the equipment was even delivered. I never got this supposed free month membership and cancellation was a nightmare. I would recommend folks avoid Nordic trak and ifit. It is a hassle and a painful interface.

      I purchased the 5 year extended warranty for my Proform ********************************************************************************* the garage.They finally sent someone over and he approved the garage location and I got the warranty Now the treadmill is going into the third year and it is skipping They have replaced everything except the screen and it still skips Now something has come loose and kicks around = making a very loud noise They do not want to work on it and said the warranty is void because of the garage location Thanks god, ****** is willing to take it back

      They make you sign up for a free membership when you first join. Then all my emails say it should have ended months ago and I get no billing statements emailed to be from them but they keep charging you even after its supposed to be cancelled

      Proform bike no longer works due to touchscreen console tried to update. Now you cant control the resistance because the screen never comes on. Love that it is just 2 1/2 years old and worthless. Help is non existent.

      Ifit and NordicTrak s22i bike are both useless. The bike is terrible. My worst purchase I have ever made. ***** to throw away $2400, but it's much better than dealing with hours of phone calls to ifit with no help. Even the technician came out to diagnose the problem and said it was the console. The console is $700. After plugging in new console, it turns out that wasn't the problem. Had the same problem with new console. Now they want to charge me to come out a 2nd time when they didn't diagnose it properly the first time. I'm not letting them charge me again. I'm currently in dispute with getting this resolved. But, I'm about ready to throw the bike in the trash and order a Pelaton. DO NOT BUY A NORDICTRAK. Save yourself the trouble. I will update review upon completion of the frustrating haggle back and forth with them.
