I bought my S22i and commercial **** to do live classes, after a few months of doing the live classes and enjoying them, I find out they are no longer doing live classes do to a settlement with another company. I would like to know if a extended Refund is available due to these circumstances.

****** We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your S22i bike and **** treadmill with our live studio workouts. Unfortunately, due to the low number of users in these classes, they have been removed. At this time, refunds are not available due to the removal of these classes. We do appreciate your feedback regarding this and will be sure to pass it on to the proper teams. You are welcome to filter with studio workouts in your iFIT workout search which will provide workouts with a similar experience to our live studio workouts. Nordic Track is not honoring their warranties. They are not responding to my requests on a treadmill that is basically brand new. Avoid at all cost.iFIT
