I feel strongly a class action is required to ***************** business practices at NordicTrack. I bought the treadmill in November 2021. In December 2022, just a little over 12 months, the console (screen) was dead and I wasn't able to get the treadmill started. We called customer support in early January, provided photos, video and told them the console was dead. But they said it was the motor breakdown. OK, they sent the motor parts and a tech came to repair; only to confirm that it was the console that failed. After 2-3 weeks, again we had to call customer support, they put the console part in order. After another month, it was end of February, no update. The replacement part was still under 'Validating". We called again in March, the ** said the part was in backorder, and ETA would be end of March. Now I have lost 3 months of the treadmill to use. It's now April, no news. I called again and asked the status, the ** just said didn't know, pretty much with same response - back ordered. We couldn't be more frustrated! If the replacement part isn't available, they should find a solution to replace the equipment. I can't just wait forever - 3 months? 6 months? or a year to wait for the part to come? The warranty is called deceptive business practices. Based on all other customers' reviews, ifit/NordicTrack deserves a class action for warranty misrepresentation. I'll wait for 2 more weeks to see if they live up to expectations, the manager said ETA is **** days (for getting the part) + **** days (for shipping over).

Terrible software and product support. Treadmill equipment is great but without working software it is a doorstop. This company has a class action lawsuit against them for this issue. Their business rating should be an F-

Impossible to get ahold of and unresponsive after paying for service call. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they reached out a few days later. After spotty emails to coordinate an appointment, the service call was ultimately cancelled the day of. I had to call customer service to find out they cancelled because I disputed the charge and "no longer wanted service". I have spent hours trying to get my equipment fixed and months later I have to start at the beginning of the process. Apparently my extended warranty doesn't cover my fan issue but at this point even paying out of pocket is a challenge. I will never by equipment from any of the ******************* ever again. This equipment is less than 3 years old (not even daily use) and the customer service is terrible.

Treadmill has had issues from day 1. Fan went out then we had to replace the entire screen and top assembly. Over a month ago my treadmill broke so I started a warranty claim. Still no part has been sent out. We needed the drive motor now and they don't have any in stock and no eta on getting more. It also took them 2 weeks to respond to my warranty claim. Its just been bad working with them.

I paid just over $1,100, including taxes, for a Rower - RW900. After requesting help with a repair three times through their website and receiving no response. I called and made my way to a person where I signed with Ifit to have a "certified" repair person come to the house. They sent two people from ************* Affordable Fitness- Tech Name: Affordable Fitness. The two nice folks who showed up didn't have name tags, cards, or any identifying materials for IFIT or affordable fitness. They brought a bag full of tools. I asked the tech person, "So I paid $159.00 to have you come out and tell me the machine is broken and needs a new plug-in?" Her response was courteous and honest. She said, "Yes, I work for this company, and it's kind of embarrassing with this process; they are ripping people off." I will have to order through treadmilldoctor.com to find the part - this was the tech's suggestion! If you can avoid buying anything from Norditrack (IFIT), take your business elsewhere.

My incline treadmill has been down since October 2022 after 6 months waiting on parts their repaiman came out to installed the new parts. He took the machine completely apart and could not get the machine to work and left me with a machine in pieces. It's been almost a month. I have called almost daily they keep telling me "someone" will get in touch with me and schedule a different repairman to come out! What a racket! My machine is just over a year old. And to top it off I prepaid for my ifit membership that I can't use and they won't refund me! These guys are scammers. We have decided to call an attorney there are consumer protection laws.

I bought a treadmill from this company, because maintenance and repairs on such a big piece of equipment is such a concern, I got the warranties for extended maintenance and parts and labor. I have had two issues with the fans. They refuse to send anyone out to fix it, they send the parts and make you fix it yourself. The last part they sent to me were just two fans in a box with a recipe and without instructions. There are no videos to replace this part specifically, they just expect you to figure it out, I guess. I emailed them in Dec, and they are just (end of March) responding to those emails now. I have called as well, and they refused to assist in any other way.I will never purchase from them again, if I was not invested in the ifit app I would sell it and buy peloton. Don't waste your money unless you are prepared to fix these things yourself (which is not possible for me). This may be the worst customer service experience I have ever had and they do not care.

iFIT chat person ***** W was slow to respond, provided minimal help, sounded surly in her written messages, and ended our chat abruptly after a few minutes without providing a satisfactory answer to my last question. It was like she decided she didn't want to chat anymore and therefore ended the chat. (The chat box showed that "************ ended chat" so I know our chat didn't get cut off accidentally). Very poor customer service. This company deserves to go under!

They are scamming people. Over two weeks with a broken machine and they refuse to follow their own warranty. Once you show them actual proof of an issue they go *** and you are either hung up on, passed to someone else, or just no answer. They are so dishonest and someone needs to take this company to the courts.

The ifit updated killed my treadmill it took me two ** this to finally get a customer service rep to reply. They ordered me a replacement console and said it would take 10 days. Its been almost two months. Representative literally told me oh well I dont have info youll just have to wait and hung up on me. I would give zero stars if I could.
