    Everything was fine until Friday. We get a delivery of the panels dumped in front of our house without notice and the panels are blocking our sidewalk so pedestrians have to walk out into the street to get around. They cancelled last minute installation. OK, then install manager calls and says someone will reach out to reschedule. I tried reaching out to same person that evening because no one called, no answer. I tried reaching out to the customer care number, no one responds. So I call the FINANCING company that ********* that hired these guys and explain that if this a foreshadowing of their service I don't want any part of it, and will cancel installation. I receive and notification that cancellation will be fine, I asked will there be a fee? He responded clearly there will be no fees. Now I have Eden ***** from Ambia tell me there will be a fee! Which is laughable be cause they just offered me a $500.00 check to go through with it. Ambia please take your $500.00 and pay yourself to pick up your stuff, but I refuse to pay for your mistakes.     We have fully addressed the cancellation with ******. Even if they cancel with the financier and are informed that there will be no cancellation fee, this does not necessarily apply to Ambia. However, given the circumstances of this job, we have waived all cancellation fees and are currently pending equipment pick-up.

    Let's start from the beginning. It is June 2023 and I sign the contract for my solar panels. I was told within 1-2 months they would be up and running! Great but here is the kicker they did not get installed till late September. They kept changing my account manager and none of them would ever reply it was just crickets. The installation went smoothly (this is the only positive part I experienced) but then I had to wait another 2 months till my solar panels could be turned, Ambia told me I should be up and running in another 1-2 weeks. Again communication was poor they did not answer the phone or reply to emails. Now here is the kicker after months of chasing Ambia and 5 months from signing the contract to having working panels, my panels only cover 50% of my electric use! The sales guy made sure that I would be making 105-110% of my total use and this was done with their "special" algorithm and using my previous electric bills. Well, that didn't work too well I still pay over 100 dollars a month on electricity on top of the solar panel payment. And when I reached out to Ambia about this they just gave me a lousy reply instead of trying to figure this out and come up with a solution.So long story short I really can not recommend this company even the account managers quit their job quicker than they can reply to an email.
