  Terrible company, they dont care about you, just want to lock you into a year contract. I was able to stop payments from my bank for their monthly service and then they sent me to collections since i didn't pay. They have not provided me with any tangible service at all and refused to let me leave the contract.

You claimed at one point that your friend said your listings were inaccurate, but we were able to show you a report from over 70 directory listings showing that your Name, Address, and Phone Number are, in fact, accurate. We made them accurate within a few weeks after you signed up with us. You've also benefited from our reputation management software, which has enabled you to attract over 70 five-star reviews over the past seven months, helping you increase your reviews from 15 to 85. Your listings are correct, and you have gained many reviews, so we aren't sure why you want to cancel. We were ******* clear with you, as we are with all business owners, that you are committed to a 12-month agreement. I'm not sure why you are surprised that you've been sent to collections for being dishonest and not fulfilling your obligation of the agreement for the VERY tangible services that we are providing. Your contract expires on May 9, ****

  MyAdvice is a SCAM. First one of their sales reps cold called me and promised me more business with their local power. After I signed I found out from a previous sales rep that MyAdvice uses a service called Yex as their local power so I am charged over $200 a month for a service Yex charges less than $50/month. MyAdvice refuses to give me access to the domain I purchased through them. Beware the contract, once they get you to sign you are stuck for at least a year and you have to pay out the full year. They are so terrible I cancelled and now stuck paying for a scam service. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone they never do. Also it takes at least 3 business days to get a response to an email. If you are a small business owner DO NOT sign with this company, I started my business out of pocket and had to take this loss the first year. Stupid mistake, I learned a ****** shouldve checked the other BBB reviews first.

The directory website clean up, promotion, and constant monitoring helped your profile shoot up on the search results. This also went along with your complimentary Catalyst Website. Our team unlocked the domain name so that you could transfer it into your account. The unlocking process expires as a protection so if you dont transfer it quickly, it automatically locks again to prevent theft or fraud.   Do NOT sign with this company!!! We worked with them for years and then they altered their services and the contract. They changed their agreement to a 2-year auto-renewal. We were blindsided. When we tried to switch to another provider, they held ********** hostage for a contract buyout of $23,000. No past-due amounts! That is to get your domain back! Total scam. Do NOT sign with them. With a 2-year auto-renewed contract they are not accountable for their service. They have you over a barrel.

Those stellar rankings have provided, and continue to provide you, with a tremendous financial value. Yes, we have a contractual arrangement, for a set period of time, which in your case is two years. This hasnt changed or been altered by MyAdvice, and you know this is true because your attorney reviewed the original agreement. It has always been a two year agreement so its shocking to see you posting blatantly false statements. We wish you the best.

  MyAdvice is a Scam. They lie to you to obtain a contract with Small Business Owners. When the request to cancel, they try to make me pay remaining year payments. I am not going to pay for a service that I am not using. If you are a Small Business Owner, please stay away from My Advice and the representatives who will call you with lies! I will file a report with the BBB ASAP!

  I own ******************* in **** ****. I hired Advice Media over three years ago. At first they were great. After about 1.5 years of their service they went down hill. I asked to cancel my contract when two years was up. We corresponded with emails for several months about how unhappy I was and the agreed upon services were not being completed. Two years came and they renewed my contract automatically for another two years without my permission. I pay them ******* a month. They changed some colors on my website and said since they revamped my site I had to pay another two years. I have been so upset with them. I was with Advice Media for 3.5 years before I completely lost faith and did not want to go any further with them. I asked for my backend passwords to get someone to help me with my website. My SEO was horrible. I paid someone to redo my web site because they would not give me my passwords. I had someone else take everything over and stopped using Advice Media. Today I just got a collection letter stating I owe them for several months of services which I did not receive. Someone else has been running my website. They have not ran things for several months now. Really, they have never ran things. They are wanting *******. This is my advice to you as a future consumer. Do not get involved with this company! As a business owner I would never do this to my customers. They know they were doing nothing on my website. Shame on Advice Media. Now I have to hire an attorney to fight them. I will be going after them for the money it cost me to redo my website. Please read all the Yelp reviews I wish I had. They only have a 2.5 stars on Yelp. It is all about how they renew the contract without the customer knowing and not doing anything to earn it. Then they send you to collections. They leave the customer no choice but to ********* elsewhere. They are a very dishonest company as you will see after reading case after case of dissatisfied customers.

  If you want a website and SEO don't work with them. If you are an unfortunate soul and already working with them check your contract they have an editable 'terms and conditions' that auto renews your website every 2 years. Even if you are unhappy. Or your SEO *****. Or you want to make changes they aren't capable of making. They lock you in, tell you if you want to leave you can buy out your contract. I regret working with them.

  Zero stars. Completely a scam company. Paid for multiple services and found out our website wasnt logged in to for over 180 days thats including paying for SEO monthly. BEWARE.
