              Website and SEO company, claimed to be providing service that were never delivered most notably a review and edit of our content and site before publish along with regular updates. Site had multiple errors across many pages for over a year. Paid the company over $50,000 and was terminating service due to poor performance. Our clinic uses our website for patients to book appointments and recieve information on care. Among many issues with work they claimed to do but was never done, The Company told us they would host site until 13th of March and took site down a week early (see attachement). Our patients and clinic are now scrambling to try and make sure we don’t have any loss of patient care or damage greater than what has already been caused.
