      My website has had a significant reduction in phone calls and people finding me on ******. No local SEO is present in my website, which was part of my contract. Additionally, I have been paying $650/month for my site and have not received the value or tools that are supposed to come with the package I was sold. Not to mention, my website didnt even go live until March or April and I have been billed since December when I signed ***** contact form - which is one of the most important functions of my website - ******* times when I tested the website over the past month, I noticed a very slow loading time to the point I am not surprised why people have stopped contacting me. I have also had to log into MyAdvice to find forms that were not sent to my email, causing a delay in reaching out to someone who contacted me. This was brought to the attention of MyAdvice, who told me I needed to remain in my contract despite the fact that my website isn't fully completed and I have had issues, which the company does not seem to care about. This has been a difficult learning ******* and it's sad the company is not interested in how satisfied the client is given the hefty monthly payment for a website that is not fully functional.

The sites contact forms are working properly, and all submissions are being delivered as expected.Regarding local ***, your package includes optimization for key location-based search terms, which was implemented during your launch. Performance in local search results can vary over time due to factors beyond our control, including competition and Googles algorithm changes, but your website is properly configured to support strong local ************** have been billed according to the agreed terms outlined in your contract, which includes the Signature Website, hosting, maintenance, local listings, chat, and an hour of updates. You do not have a plan for ongoing *** services. Our records also show that our team responded promptly to your reported issues and provided support and follow-up to ensure resolution.We are happy to review your site performance with you directly and ensure youre getting the full benefit of your marketing program.       Terrible Experience with MyAdvice *********** Stay Away!I typically never write negative reviews, but I feel its necessary to warn others about MyAdvice ***********. I wish I had researched this company before signing up because the experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to ********* business has seen no improvement whatsoever after months of working with them, and the results, or lack thereof, are frustrating. The effort they put into my office was minimal at best and, in my opinion, a complete waste of both time and money. They take your monthly payments but offer zero tangible results or solutions. If you ask them about the progress of your website or your business, all you get is vague responses and numbers that don't mean anything.I was even pressured to upgrade my plan for "better results"and let me tell you, that was a total scam. I was promised improved outcomes, but instead, my business actually slowed down. When I asked for concrete proof of how my business was improving, they couldnt provide any. Just numbers with no explanation to back them up.I initially signed on with MyAdvice in November 2023, and my goal was to work with them for a year and then go month-to-month. However, when I tried to cancel my services, I was shocked to find out that they had renewed my contract for another year without my consent. This was never discussed or agreed upon, and it feels like they intentionally misled me into staying longer than I ********* conclusion, MyAdvice *********** is a scam. They are only interested in taking your money and offering zero real value in return. If you care about your business and want results, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from them as possible.

      I've been working with MyAdvice for a few years now, they have done great work and improvments to my website as well as my SEO. The customer service is top notch, I love that you can actually speak with a person on the phone if necessary. They aslo are efficient in answering emails and they have a great user friendly platfrom to manage all your stuff in one location. Great for leads, reviews and reporting. One service I dropped early on was the social media posting, they could not be specific for the serivces I offered and was creating a little extra work on our end in editing those posts. But otherwise, I would defintely recommend this company for your website design, hosting and SEO.
