    They keep calling every day even though they have been asked repeatedly to stop calling.

    I do not wish to participate in these surveys and I am receiving constant phone calls at all hours of the day and night. It is harassment.

    I have asked clear insights to stop calling me and that I am not interested multiple times and they continue to call from different numbers. They call at all times of day and into the evening. I never applied or signed up for anything they have to offer and just want them to stop the harassment

    Clear Insights can’t be stopped or blocked. They spoof their numbers which is a fraudulent practice. I can’t be bothered with these harassing calls. Stop calling me.

    Calls several times each week; sometimes five per day, always changing the number of the business. Caller (robo?) never leaves voice mail. They are interfering with my opportunity to earn a living. Per Clear Insights website, "How can I be taken off your call list?..We recognize that even though our call is completely legal, that not everyone may want to participate. If you do not wish to receive any more calls, simply tell the agent that you would like to be added to the Do Not Call List, and you will not receive any additional calls for that study." When I told the agent I did NOT want to participate in the survey & had made SEVERAL requests to be taken off the call list, "Roxie" stated the ONLY way to stop receiving calls was to complete the survey. I have tried emailing the company, calling the VARIOUS numbers left on caller ID, none of which will go through. The numbers being used by Clear Insights are bogus. When I emailed Clear Insights, I started getting spam calls on my cell phone. There is NO end to their bullying and incessant calls, ALL hours of the day and night. There is simply no resolution even when following their instructions on their website. I have also tried reporting Clear Insights to the FTC.gov (Report Number *********)

    It is our policy that a number be added to our internal Do Not Call list if requested. I am having our center managers look into this particular case and in the meantime have added your number listed with BBB to our internal Do Not Call list. In addition, we regularly monitor emails and add numbers provided to our Do Not Call list when requested. If you have any additional numbers that are still receiving calls we would be happy to add those as well.

    I am rejecting this response because: I want to see in writing that Clear Insights will NOT call ANY of my phone numbers at any time. They DO qualify to be on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY as they continually change the numbers they are calling from. In addition, Clear Insights does NOT remove you when you request their staff to do so and in return, although NOT stated on their website, bully the responding caller into completing their survey by stating "We cannot remove you from our calling list UNTIL you complete this survey. There are NO options for the consumer to get out of this endless loop of UNWANTED, UNSOLICITED calls. Clear Insights is a scam as is their calls and need to be treated as such.

    I keep getting calls from a company called clear insights. *** told them multiple times to stop calling me and they still continue.

    Calls listed from same number (434 exchange) several times each week; sometimes twice per day. Caller (robo?) never leaves voice mail. A recording at their listed number says they value my opinion but they mostly tie up my business phone. They are interfering with my opportunity to earn a living.

    I have received multiple phone calls from this business and have asked her to stop contacting me multiple times twice in person and wants to be a voicemail. I continue to receive calls even though report repeatedly asking to be removed from their calling list.

    This company has called 5 times today asking to perform a survey. I requested that they put me on there do not call list and they refused stating they would only do so if I completed a 5 minute survey.

    Clear insights has contacted my home phone to ask me to take part in a survey. I instructed the caller that I did not want to take part in the survey and to please remove my number from the call list. Clear insights called me again, on the same day approximately an hour and half after I had instructed that I was not interested in taking part in the survey.
