    I have been contacted twice within 24 hours by Clear Insights Group *****s. Ive politely asked twice to be added to their Do Not Call list which is listed by their company at ******************************************************* *****s calling me told me this was not possible. When I quoted the website to the second ***** they paused and were confused. The company is not following its own policies. They do not properly train their employees and/or they do not follow their own core values of integrity and violate their own policies to advance their business/research goals.

Our employees should be upheld to the highest level of integrity and they obviously have not been exemplifying this - given your experience.     Clear insight has been repeated calling my phone and that off my family members. They have been told that their calls are unwanted and they are bothering me. Just because they found a loop hole in the do not call law. Does not mean they can harass people with phone calls. Just because they act polite and nice do not mean they can call every day and from different phone number harassing people. Clearly a means to gather free marketing research for which they generate income for their corporation at the expense of people they call repeatedly. This complaint is being filed so that others who are going though the same thing can see your not alone and only one being bothered by company who is truly bothering people by repetitive unwanted calls.

    Clear Insights continually texts me from different numbers, even AFTER I responded “STOP” to opt out. No matter how many times I block their texts, they continue to target me for a survey in a city I NO LONGER LIVE IN nearly every day. Most recent contact was this morning from ************. This is harassment and entirely unethical. I did not sign up to participate in this survey and for whatever reason, they will not stop harassing me.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We completely understand how frustrating this situation would be for you. We have had this situation occur multiple times and recognize the issue it is. We came to recognize that the software we have been using hasn't been rotating phone numbers as much as we hoped it would. Over the last month we have been connecting with new software companies to find a better fit for our company. We are hoping to have contracts signed with our new software partners by the end of January. 

    With the efforts we are making, we hope to have this situation eliminated in a matter of weeks. We are truly sorry you got caught in the midst of our shift.

    They keep calling my house even though I've asked to be taken off their call-list and I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry

    We have only called ***** once, and that was last night. I have search our records for us calling him in the past few months, and that was just one time. So we are not calling him continuously. His phone recording also indicated that he did not ask to be put on our Do Not Call list. He just said, "My opinion is you need to go to bed." We also do not relate or follow the National Do Not Call List as it does not relate to Market Research centers. That is only for Telemarketers. We are happy to put him on our Do Not Call List, but he will actually need to say, "Please put me on your Do Not Call List."
