1 starI reach out to them because I never received my item and the company I bought the items from said it was shipped out a couple of weeks ago I never received an email or the item they said I was out of day to file I told them I could I know when my items was shipped if I never received a email they said they can't paid because it was out of there timebRoute App, Inc.

3 starsDOES NOT INTEGRATE WITH RECHARGE LIKE I WAS TOLD. We have had Route since September 2022 and our ReCharge integration has never worked- a customer will sign up for a subscription and pay for Route. Route package protection ONLY applies to the first order, then it falls off. I don't get it- this is a really poor customer experience and a huge revenue opportunity for Route. I have been told for months now that this would be fixed, we're going on month 8 of this issue with no end in sight. This is so frustrating, and the Route reps I've been passed along to don't seem to care about getting this fixed. Other than that, the product works great, so if you don't have ReCharge or any subscription apps, you should be satisfied with the product.Route App, Inc.

They have been easy to work with, we onboarded them quickly and seamlessly, and they are taking care of our customers for us on the "boring ***** mess **** so that we can be on the phone with customers and helping them with other things. 1 starCompany manipulates purchases by being automatically added to orders without the customer's knowledge. Why do I need to purchase additional 'insurance' for a shipment. Most shipping carriers insure against damage or loss anyway. Scam of a business in my opinion.Route App, Inc.

Their app is so easy to use and their rates are very affordable.On the customer side, ********************** makes their policies very clear and any shipping-related issues can and will be resolved by their team. Any negative reviews you may see are likely due to the original seller relying too heavily on shipping insurance for other, more product-specific issues.
