      Money for NOTHING!!!Literally I paid for zip, zilch, zero. My order fron the Online ENGLISH TEA STORE arrived with the items smashed and in one case the Lemon Curd had a popped seal and was turning brown. I immediately attempted to contact ROUTE to file a claim. When their site was not working I tried to contact customer service, NOTHING. I have tried daily for 5 days now and everytime the site looks like you can file your claim but when you try to enter your phone number to receive a verification .....it won't let you enter a number so you are literally unable to proceed. I have seen some other reviews of this company saying the same thing. Honestly.....this seems criminal. Definitely a scam! PS: I never received any tracking updates either.

      I decided to use Route package protection because it seemed like a good, low cost service to insure my package I had purchased. Well upon actually having issues receiving my package it appears Route had just decided to deny my claim. When contacting them as to why my claim was denied I never received a response. This was my first time using this service and I do not see a reason to ever use it again.

      I have received every email that you have sent and confirmed that none of them have been in my spam folder. The email I received on 10/5 stated word for word " We'd like to inform you that your reported issue for Order #RTCCMB1N7N3I07E9D4N930 from Gorilla Mind has been approved for a refund or replacement order! We will provide an update as soon as your refund or replacement order is complete. In the mean time, you can review a summary of details at any time by clicking the link below."The next email I received was 10 days later stating exactly. "We'd like to inform you that after reviewing your reported issue for Order #RTCCMB1N7N3I07E9D4N930 from Gorilla Mind, we have determined that it falls outside of the package protection policy guidelines and has been closed."I am not understanding why you are saying my order issue was closed because you did not hear back from me when you emails are telling a different story.

      Scam! I bought a custom paint by numbers canvas to paint for a Christmas gift, it was delivered torn up, I try to contact route, and there claim page wouldn't even enter my phone number as I was typing it, also one I was able to get a verification code, and finally played a game of guessing and checking to get the correct code typed into there website it still said it was the wrong code, wouldnt even let me place a accurate claim. Rip off company and thieves! F_&* you route!
