      They chirp about how it has to be not updated for seven days. But imagine the fedex computers automatically move it to the following day if a delivery isn’t made. Making it an endless cycle. Don’t waste money on this horrible app. If I could leave it 0 stars I would.

      This app is the worst. I was getting tracking on items that I did not order but it was my address and email.

      They are not honest or upfront with their application. I agreed to 1 year and they included 2 years in the contract. They also denied my customers' claims and I had to spend a lot of time advocating for my customers. It is impossible to reach billing if there is any issue.

      I bought their shipping insurance. After my order arrived damaged, I filed a claim assuming it would be an easy process. My claim was rejected based on routes observation that although there is severe cosmetic damage the item is still usable. Therefore, not covered by "package protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit and instant resolution with route". I never could have imagined such a misleading product.

      Why does the app need permission to view everybody's emails to track a package. I can copy and paste the ** from the email myself. Seems weird and like you would end up with a lot of superfluous data. What do you guys do with that data. Definitely a data collection sham, and the fact that the app is even allowed legally amazes me.

The purpose of granting Route read-only access to your account is a convenience feature to save you time if you dont want to manually enter every order. We dont see or store your password and we never share your order data with 3rd parties. Our technology was built with your privacy in mind and only emails with order information are detected. In order to allow you to connect your email address for automatic tracking, we first underwent an extensive audit with a leading cyber privacy firm to ensure we were protecting your data.You can still track your packages without granting us access to your email account.       Since we swapped to another insurance company there is no way that our clients can file a claim. We have to do it manually by contacting them. Their policy is so badly written that it contradicts itself and they use that in their advantage to handpick when to accept or deny a claim.

      It's a waste of my time and I'm sure it's a waste of the vendors money !! dude this app is the worst ever ! trying to find your packages ?? Good luck. you're better off tracking your package via the email that the vendor sends you via the carrier that's actually tracking your package this app is a waste of time

      My package was lost in transit and they just deemed it outside of coverage. Why am I paying for package protection if theyre just going to deny what they claim to protect? What a joke. Very disappointed. Would give 0 stars if possible.

      I would give 0 stars if I could. When I reached out about a package that was never delivered they said there was nothing they could do because it was outside of the timeframe that they cover. Also their site is difficult to navigate. Definitely seems like a scam to me.
