      "Program arbitrarily dismisses your password and won't allow you to log in, locking you out after about 5 tries with refusal to accept your password. Then if you try to contact customer service without logging in (which you cannot do because your locked out) then they want to charge you $20 for tech support to figure out why you can't log in."
