  I hired Evolution Drafting in June 2025 for residential drafting plans that were quoted to take approximately 24 weeks. Nearly a year later, the project remained incomplete, and the final files provided were not usable for permitting or construction.Throughout the process, there were repeated delays, lack of progress, and inconsistent communication. Despite multiple follow-ups and opportunities to correct the work, the deliverables remained incomplete and missing critical information.Before releasing the final files, the company required me to sign a settlement and release agreement. This agreement included a clause prohibiting me from leaving any negative reviews or sharing feedback about my experience. In effect, I was required to agree not to post a negative review in order to receive the files I had already paid for.Even after signing, the files provided were still not usable. A separate professional I hired to review the plans confirmed that they were missing substantial required information and could not be used without significant REMOVEDa result, I had to hire another drafter and start over, incurring additional costs and significant delays.I would strongly recommend exercising caution when engaging this company.

  I was interviewed as a drafter for their company. During the initial interview, I was asked if I could complete a test project and I would be compensated $500 upon completion. I completed the test project and emailed it back to REMOVED. I spent 3 weeks following up on how to receive my payment, and he sent me a message stating he would not be paying me for my services provided. Not to mention, he did not reply to my emails or calls for 3 weeks. Avoid this company at all costs, as they are very unprofessional, unorganized, and they take advantage of others.

  Terrible company. No communication and transparency. They were aware I was looking for an engineer, and neglected to inform me that engineer was NOT included in this project and in the end would require add'l money for engineer. I was unable to pursue the structure, due to these issues and refusing to pay more REMOVEDdid not adhere to timeline and resulted in much much longer time period. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT LOOKING AT THESE REVIEW PREVIOUSLY>

  Contacted this company to develop a site plan for a property that I have for sale. They were contacted based on a REMOVEDdenied by REMOVED. I discussed reasons for denial of REMOVEDand provided documentation of approved permits and survey. They assured me they would contact REMOVEDand provide needed site plans. Two weeks after making a 50 % down payment nothing has been done and no return phone calls after numerous calls to their office. They also refused to return deposit stating they had begun work and contacted drafting team to take measurements. Sincerely REMOVEDSales Representative Better REMOVED

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would.We hired Evolution Drafting (REMOVED) with the expectation that a qualified employee with engineering and construction expertise would visit our home for measurements, as they promised. Instead, they sent a third-party insurance adjuster with no construction background whatsoever. His site visit was rescheduled two or three times, supposedly to ensure the right expertise would be presentbut that never happened.We were told that as-built drawings would begin within 24 hours of the site visit and be delivered within two weeks. Instead, Evolution went completely dark after the visit. The drawings didnt even start until nearly two weeks later. When we finally received the so-called "final" drawings, they were completely unusable:Almost every single measurement was wrong The deck and exteriorour main focuswere entirely missing Every door swing was incorrect Even after we flagged these issues, the revised drawings were still full of errors and missing information To make matters worse, the person who came to take measurements later reached out to us to ask how he was supposed to get paid by Evolutionsomething no customer should be involved in.We paid a $1,250 deposit and didnt receive even $1 worth of value. They are now refusing to refund our money. I truly don't know how this company is still in business. Their conduct is unprofessional, deceptive, and REMOVEDnot trust this company. They are crooks, plain and simple. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the wasted timelook elsewhere.
