I purchased the training a couple weeks ago. I saw REMOVEDbrother or brother-in-law marketing the training on TikTok. The training looks like it might be good, I'm not sure yet. The instructor, REMOVEDis so boring and long winded. He should use the micro-video training format, because listening to him talk has put me to sleep each time that I've logged in. The beginning of the course he quickly talks about the Best Case software and there doesn't seem to be any real training in this section, just a lot of talking and most of the information doesn't seem bullet-pointed. REMOVEDplease hire someone else to do this training for you because listening to you talk is the worst. Not trying to be rude, but this is my honest review. I can barely get through the first part of the training because 20 minutes of watching long-form content about a bankruptcy isn't exciting to begin with, but to listen to someone who's long-winded, doesn't get to the point, and has a very monotone voice is making me want to get a refund.Sincerely,Bored Student

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that instructional and presentation styles are subjective, and our approach may not match the preferences of every student. We would like to clarify one point for prospective students reading this review. The first video of the course mentioned by this student is specifically designed to get students properly set up with bankruptcy software using a free demo copy of one of the most widely used bankruptcy petition preparation software programs in bankruptcy law firms. It walks students through downloading the demo, installing the software, and configuring it properly before they begin using it to learn how to prepare bankruptcy petitions. This is an in-depth setup REMOVEDthe bulk of the course that follows is devoted to teaching students how to accurately complete the bankruptcy forms and schedules, followed by hands-on practice designed to turn that instruction into real-world experience. Our organization has over two decades of experience training students in bankruptcy petition preparation and is the source of the Bankruptcy Petition Specialist certification for both Chapter 7 and Chapter REMOVEDfor the presentation style, we intentionally use a measured pace so students can follow detailed instruction. Students can also increase the playback speed if they prefer a faster presentation. We appreciate the candid feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve our training. We encourage prospective students to consider the full scope of the course, our experience, and its hands-on instruction rather than judging the program solely on the presentation style of its introductory video.
