    Unfortunately I have services at my home and my business that I am regretting.ordered a doorbell camera for my home .it came in not working.i have it returned over 3 months ago and i have not get a replacement for it.calling customer service three times and every time i was giving a tracking number that is not accurate and i was told each time that i have to wait 3 weeks for the replacement to arrive.they have no supervisor available and i was promised more than twice that a many will call me back ,but that call never arrived.The second issue for my business alarm.we bout a camera with the system because we were told that it will keep recording for 7 days.we purchased another one .one of them worked for a while and then it has stopped working and the new camera we were not been able to make it work either.Several calls ,no response.I wish I have read the reviews prior to my doing business with them

    I have been a customer since 2021. Months he company has gone significantly down hill. If I could give zero stars I would have. **************** to them is saying I will pass your feedback on. WARNING: Dont upgrade to their new system. It is functionally worse than the original.

    Incompetent representatives. Failure to keep promises. I have been a customer for 6 + years and have purchased and installed 3 systems. Hate to leave but no choice due to lack of responses that I have requested.

    Don't buy this product, components are garbage, tech support is clueless! I have them at my business and the hardware is absolute junk, false alarms all the time, batteries going dead within a year and year and a half, supposed to be 5 year batteries. I had an older 2nd system upgraded and placed in my second business location. No instructions with new Hub and Touch Panel, it has been 3 calls within a week to get it activated, finally they get it activated tonight and I find out that no sensors are detected, the new system does not allow for me to add the sensors myself. I call in and am told that my new system is activate at my first location, not my second, of which I made it very clear on the phone with their support center as to which location had the new equipment. So as of right now neither of my business locations have a working security system as these MORONS have just shut down the panel at the wrong location to activate a new panel that is 8 miles from the other location! These idiots cannot not get any dumber!!!! Look elsewhere for security, these BOZOS are not going to be able to get their heads out of the lower extremities long enough to do anything right to make this crappy service worth you time, money and high blood pressure!

    If you want terrible customer service, skeezy sales tactics, and poor quality equipment, here's your company. After being a customer for more than five years (even after having a break-in) our system stopped working. The customer service solutions were to reboot the system, which didn't resolve the issues. The next solution was to pay more money to upgrade the system. The best they could do was offer a $40 discount to help the forced upgrade. Too bad any complaints don't matter. Cove used to be good, they've changed.

    If you like paying for equipment that doesn't work, being routed to the Phillipines and of course having your verbal password being hacked for anyone to access you home , THISIS THE COMPANY FOR YOU..ONE OF THE BIGGEST LIEN THIEFS IVE EVER DEALT WITH.. I HAVE 28 EMAILS FROM 28 ***** ******* I requested a us based cooperate employee to call because equipment wasn't working-My place was robbed and vandalized and alarm didn't work..Garbage

    I made a review a couple of weeks ago about the app crashing every time I tried to log in. I was beyond frustrated, since the issue had been going on for several months. ******** from customer service reached out and not only did he help me resolve the issue, but he did multiple follow *** to ensure that the problem was taken care of and to my satisfaction. After the initial issue was fixed, another one took place. Once again, he followed up several times to make sure that issue was resolved as well. I was truly at the point of looking for a different service, but since he has reached out all the issues and concerns I have had, now has been fixed. I truly appreciate, the amount of time he took and going above and beyond to help me. I still believe that they need to work on some of the kinks that are within the company, but after the support I have received in the last week I do believe that they are trying to improve. For this reason, I deleted my old review and this time going to leave more than 1 star.

    Terrible customer service. They seem to just read scripts and seem to not really understand English or listen at all. Takes WEEEEKS to get your shipment I wouldnt use them if I were you

    Buyer Beware. After taking your money they don't care. They send systems in a box with NO directions. Instructions are "place sensors." Maybe ok for tech savvy people who have set up security systems previously but not for newbies or older people. They need to learn who their customers are and provide appropriate support. A piece of furniture comes with more instructions than this junk system. Plus they promise items and then they are on back order due to @low supply" insinuating that there are more important people who get their products before you. When you request assistance with an issue you are given a troubleshooting link with a 12 step process that DOES NOT work to solve your issue. Over a week with daily contact and still no working system.Worst company to deal with - they just do not care. Guess they are making enough money without my business so won't miss me!

    On 3/29/2024 I recieved my system and on 4/2 I sent all of the equipment back. Now here we are 5/17/2024 and 8mm about to receive a SECOND charge to my account for the equipment that I have returned. I called inquiring about the situation, and they told me to wait ***** hrs for an update to see if they have received the equipment. 48 hrs later they have no update snd want to continue to charge my account. I sent the equipment back, because most of the equipment received was faulty equipment. I would not recommend this company. My refund is still "pending".
