              I’ve been trying to contact VIVE FINANCIAL multiple times, have sent various emails and no one responds to my disputes. It’s been couple months that I’ve been waiting for a reply to my complaint. On top of their very high interest rate, I keep being charged an annual fee even when the account is CLOSED. I closed the account because it’s very difficult to work with this institution and experienced a bad customer service various times that I was charged double for payments . I’m being charged an annual fee when my account is CLOSED this is the reason why I’ve closed my accounts here for lack of interests in helping your clients. I filed a complaint for unethical practices for charging NEW annual fees on closed accounts. . ********* ** *****

              They call you to set up a payment plan with you in order to help you. They tell you that they are going to change your due date and after months taking your money out of your account you call them and they state that your due date has NEVER been cancelled and you are paying a late fee every month. With this you finance an amount and instead of your balance going down it increases. You try to log into the account and some way you are not able to log on. I wish there was a way to stop them getting my hard earned money. They protect each other. I asked for the name and id number of the employee who gave me the change of date but they are not able to give names. Lets talk about a real shady company. They are out to HURT the people who have bad credit who are trying to fix it! I wish they could be done against places like this.
