1 starWhile my audiologist appointment went well, the TruHearing interaction was disappointing, frustrating and unnerving. They would not stand behind the pricing of the hearing aids that was presented to the audiologist by TruHearing. TruHearing said that the pricing hadn't been certified and yet this was what was given to the audiologist. The audiologist was very upset and embarrassed by how the TruHearing representative handled the interaction. I got on the phone with the representative and she would do nothing to help resolve the problem. She told me that my Anthem Supplemental Plan F didn't provide any coverage for the hearing aids, even though the price sheet stated that they did and the original TruHearing representative that we worked with 6 weeks prior also indicated that. I researched my Anthem policy when I got home and found that they do indeed provide coverage. I called **********************, a competitor to TruHearing, who quickly responded, sent the information to my audiologist and we were able to get the special pricing provided by my policy. TruHearing was a disaster and I can't say anything good about them. Sorry.TruHearing, Inc.

5 stars****** Wow this was a great experience for me. This was my first hearing test and I am so glad I went to Affordable Hearing. My tech was so knowledgeable and sweet and very understanding. She took her time and explained everything and made sure I had all my questions answered. Looking forward to doing busses there. Also the office was really cute and easy to access and find. I would recommend any one considering hearing aids to go here first and u will go no where else!TruHearing, Inc.
