4 starsI started using their insurance the first of this year. I am very happy with the experience so far, in regards to how easy was to find a provider and they even made the appointment. The hearing aids work great with the phone, etc... A representative was assigned to be my contact if I needed any help. It turned out that I did indeed needed help and it was extremely difficult to reach him, but other representatives helped me in a very professional and helpful manner. My review is not 100% positive because I believe they should screen their providers better or pay attention to the feedback from patients, in my case after only 6 months I had to request another one, due to the total incompetence and rudeness of the one assigned in first place. This provider didn't even know how to pair a new (replacement) hearing aid, with the other one. A process that the new provider got done in exactly 30 seconds, and the old one after THREE VISITS had told me I needed to make another appointment, because it would take a long time, using different programs in several screens.... since my initial visit I was not confident, due to the antiquated equipment, drabby place and lack of "bedside manners" from the provider and receptionist, now it will be 40 miles of travel versus 10, but totally worth it.

5 starsVery pleased that they listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They even help ease my mind for issues in the future should they arise. It was explained to me the issues I have now. The amount they pay for really helped me obtain the best I could get for my hearing situation. Now, can't wait to get my new hearing aids.TruHearing, Inc.

5 starsThe entire process to have a hearing test and then a discussion about what would be my best option for hearing aids took only 45 minutes. I have been using hearing aids for 30 years and this was by far my best experience buying a new pair.TruHearing, Inc.
