4 starsThe TruHearing representative I spoke with on the phone for about 90 minutes seemed knowledgeable and was friendly, and he made an appointment for me with an appointment in my community. After my hearing test in the audiologist's office and a discussion of hearing aids and prices, I found that what I understood from the TruHearing representative about copayment was different from what the audiologist said was the case. Also, I could not pay for and take home hearing aids immediately, as TruHearing had to send my choice of hearing aids to the audiologist after TruHearing received payment, which was immediate via credit card. So, I am waiting (supposedly about two weeks) to go back to the audiologist and be fitted with the hearing aids TruHearing sends. Finally, I would note that at this time, TruHearing approves only the ****** brand of hearing aids. This was okay with me because Consumer Reports had rated customer satisfaction with Signia as being higher than some other brands.TruHearing, Inc.
