  Started the program and felt a difference in the first week already. I m a mom of two little ones and hormone imbalance and intense mood outbursts and always tired. Finally have good sleep, my mood swings have drastically improved and no more crazy outbursts. I have so much energy and dont need to go to bed by 9pm anymore. My coach **** is very helpful and professional. My family and I are very thankful!

  I started the ** Pompa program 4 months ago heading into the brain phase. I was not well; low energy, little patience and negative thoughts constantly. Then God led me to the program. In tears when I failed miserably the required tests. I immediately started the program and within the first week I saw a difference in my energy level! With commitment and perseverance I have stuck to the program, as best that I could. I continue seeing great energy levels, cholesterol levels have dropped, weight has dropped by 18 pounds, knowledge about foods is awesome, my dreams are sweet and silly sometimes, and my eyes are even brighter. My coach is very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. I am 64 years old and it's the best I have felt in years. My husband is not in the program, but he has lost 20 lbs as well. It's healthy eating, healthy environment and healthy thinking!!!!!

  I’ve actively been searching and working hard at overcoming my hypo-thyroid, hashimotos diagnosis for over 20 years! At first with surgery & medication, then step by step with healthier and more natural options like chiropractic, homeopathy, supplements, ridding my home of toxin’s, naturopathic care., exercise, eating clean keto and intermittent fasting. With each new found skill or bit of knowledge, I would always hope I had arrived. Only to be discouraged by a surprising relapse with always included exhaustion and discouragement. The Pompa program is the FIRST Ive encountered in over twenty years that actually pinpointed my root cause.My coach ***** has been so knowledgeable, encouraging and super fun! Sometimes I must say the protocol has been overwhelming to understand (for a person with brain fog!), but she has been patient and readily available via text when needed. At month six, I am actually starting to see some physical improvement and I increased energy. Yesterday, my stylist noticed that my hair is thicker, shiny and is growing back in the spots that have been bald for years. I know I have a ways to go to obtain the results Ive prayed for, but today I have REAL HOPE that energy and vitality are not outside my reach. ***** (via zoom and text) and Dr ********************** (via portal videos, which I can watch again and again) have set me up for success now and in the future, at reversing the ill effects Ive come to accept as normal.   I am so glad I got to do the program.Im not done yet but so far Ive had some small wins with my body. My eczema has cleared and my hormones are getting normal. Im trying to get pregnant in my late 30s and because of pcos its been challenging. This program has helped me a lot with my gut and to be educated with different diet variations. I understand people being skeptical but remember thats just being uneducated. We spend so much money on eating out and a lot of junk why wouldnt you invest in a new way of health? I have more energy, less brain fog, periods every month so far and now Ive lost weight too. I recommend people to do this program if your health matters more than the cost. Because of this program I will live the best years to come with all the knowledge Ive learned. Looking forward to the next steps.

  Pompa Program has been such a life-changer for me. I have been dealing with serious health problems for many years and making small progress, but always ending up sick again because it was not healing on the cellular level. I am finding the missing pieces of the puzzle with this program, from the 5 hidden infections I did not know I had, to actively eliminating ALL bad fats from my diet, to learning how to chelate safely and effectively, to intentionally healing my cells and mitochondria, so my body will be able to self-********** soon! My inflammation is steadily coming down, my blood work is getting better and better... I finally have hope of getting my life back. I had almost given up and Pompa Program was the answer the Creator sent my way to teach me how to heal! Don't miss your chance to get your life back. Typical medical doctors mean well, but they don't know how to do all the things in this program, so they cannot teach you how. This program is worth every ***** and more!   I think I have done a lifetime of detoxes, diets, learned about multiple different protocols to fix many problems, some worked out and many didnt.   My Daughter said: Ok I signed up and listened to this hour long talk. Most of the stuff he talked about I already knew but then at the end he talked about everything being toxic and that you need to detox your cells and to get started theyll send you a test to see how much toxins are in your body for $167. So I went to the better business bureau to see consumer reviews and people talked about how after they do the test they try to sell their $8000 program! And its pills they send you and this ultra restrictive diet and getting rid of metals in your body and your teeth and all the extremes. I cant afford all that stuff and I think itll just stress me out

  This program changed my life! If you really do the program, watch the videos, attend your coaching calls it will work. My coach was amazing and was always responsive when I needed something. I really think if you are going to do an intense program like this you have to be ready for a mindset change and put in the work.

  ********* was so understanding and compassionate. She wanted to make sure that I understood everything and was very thorough.   Im so grateful for Dr ********************** and the program! My husband and I have been down many roads to ************ some slightly successful and others not. We spent close to 100k over the span of a couple years before finding the Pompa Program. This program addresses EVERYTHING, unlike so many of the specialized doctors I visited. My coach revealed a main upstream cause that I had never considered, nor would it have been on my radar ever! I wish I could have found the Pompa Program years ago and saved all that money and time, but Im so thankful that I have the tools now to continue my healing journey.The program really gives you the tools to have lasting health beyond just the 6 month program. In my case, I am going to continue to detox and address continued areas in my body that need healing. Ive always had terrible gut health and that has improved SIGNIFICANTLY. My energy has improved and I have less brain fog. I know if Id be writing this review in another 6 months, there would be much more progress and healing, but wanted to write one now if it helps anyone have the courage to get started!!
