  I purchased a test to go over my daughter's results and mine. Instead of getting answers, we were given a sales pitch for the outrageous price for the program. We see a scam written all over it. I want my money back and will not be signing up for the program.

  I paid $167 for a urine test & a consultation during which the test was supposed to be analyzed & I was supposed to be presented with the Pompa Program to detoxify at the cellular level. ******* was pleasant & professional; however, she kept asking me questions about my health questionnaire, but never answered any of my questions: I asked about what their proposed program was & what it could do for me at least twice& ******* never gave me any details of what the Pompa Program actually is! After a one-hour appointment, I have no idea what their program is or how much it costs, its duration, etc. That urine test I took? If I hadnt brought it up, I dont think she ever would have mentioned it. Once I did, all ******* did was ask me if I remembered what it was testing. I stated that I thought it was to test for neurotoxins. She never explained what the dark red color meant in relationship to my health or their program, whatever it is. She actually was somewhat condescending when she suggested I needed to read more articles. She sent ******** did, & nothing in those articles explains or sheds any light on what their program is, or how it could help me. I spent $167 for a urine test & a consultation which was supposed to reveal their program & how it could benefit my health, & all she did was talk in circles: There was no presentation or explanation of anything to do with the Pompa Program, so I demand a full refund to my card for $167. Thank you!

  This was an unfortunate experience with Pompa Program. I received my "test kit", had my Zoom meeting but didn't learn much at all. In the end, I did sign up for the program, but felt cornered to do so. No time to go away and think about it, since the cost is huge. I opted for the 5-month instalment payments, but took screen shots of the contract document. I've submitted, via email, my request to terminate the program (which is allowable). I've not received any follow-up and have not opened or watched any of the portal videos, or received any product. Cancelled my zoom meeting with my coach... now I wait for a refund and dissolution of my contract. So far, ZERO communication regarding my request. I'm very concerned, and caution others to steer clear of this scam!! The stress of dealing with this group will definitely NOT benefit your health in any way.

  Appreciate everyone who took the time to post a review. Im so glad I saw them before I signed up for the program. We did have a very informative meeting the other evening. All seemed to make good sense. However I was skeptical when I did the test and the bottle turned dark red with only one drop of urine. The more reviews I read I see several people have had the same results which makes me more skeptical. I am choosing to pass on the program. I would like to request a refund or my $167 for the test and meeting. Maybe the approach works for some but I have learned that we are not all the same. I am very sensitive and reactive to some ingredients and I feel this is not a good fit me.

  I signed up for the program assuming that I was purchasing a test with a tangible result for my daughter and myself. We have both had health struggles, and as a single income mom of young adults, I was hoping to find something that would give me an understanding of my problems. $265 is too much money for an online survey and a urine test for inflammation. I know that I have inflammation. This was not what I was expecting, and the cost of the program is way too much money for me and for my young daughter. I did not get enough information other than it included some kind of mushroom. I would like a refund of my money-I was looking for answers and this program did not provide them.

  I have been diagnosed with hypothyroid Hoshimotos for 4 years before I started having kids. I recently had my second child and have been suffering from what my doctor called thyroid storm. I had no energy, felt terribly all day, had brain fog, and was so emotional. I had tried functional medicine when I found out about my diagnosis and it didnt help me. I came across the Pompa program and it just felt different to me. It felt like I had to try it. I am still breastfeeding so my program has looked different to others but just by doing the prep phase for 2 months now I have never felt better since I got my diagnosis 4 years ago. I have almost no brain fog, my energy is consistent all day(my baby still doesnt sleep through the night and it feels like it does slow me down!), I have been loosing weight and I am just overall so happy. The main reason I started this program was because of my kids. I want to be there for them and have the energy for it all. I havent completed the program and I already feel amazing and feel like I can be the mom I always wanted to be. I cant wait to continue more of the program once I am done breastfeeding. I cant say enough positive things about this program!!

  I had my private consultation call this morning. It was not what I expected at all. they should use better words when advertising. It was not a consultation. The coach was very knowledgeable and shared information about the program and her own journey.She did not mention my neurotoxicity assessment results and only stated I rated 7 for inflammation. I do feel like they offer some hope to people with autoimmune issues but the cost seems prohibitive. You can get the inflammation test for way cheaper somewhere else online. This doesnt make me want to pursue with the program

  We have been rescheduled twice. The people we spoke with were kind and apologized for the rescheduling, but that is completely unacceptable. From reviews that I read, many others said they kept getting the run-around until they finally had their meeting, which was just a sales pitch to spend $6000 to $8000 for a cure. I will be canceling my second rescheduled appointment. I wish that I had read these reviews before agreeing to the urine test. I am uncomfortable with the cost of this program. We have been working through medical issues for two years, and this would just be more of the same at a highly inflated cost. For both my husband and I, we paid $265 for the urine test. We are asking for a refund of the $265, and we are expecting this to happen.
