  First I want to share that before signing up for the pompa program I was a bit skeptical. I was skeptical if it would work and also of the company itself. So even though I was excited about the program I still had my doubts. I started the program and went through the prep phase a long with a diet and mold protocol. Ive been battling chronic ebv and mold toxicity for about 2 years now. Every month my hormones would trigger my ebv and I would be sick for two weeks. Well, I started feeling much better alone in the prep phase and for the first month in two years my ebv wasnt reactivated. Well, a month in and I got a positive pregnancy test. Weve been praying another baby for a few years and we are overjoyed about this next season. So, I approached my client success rep and my coach to share the news with them and ask what it looked like moving forward, and I can I just say I am here to tell you that the change in plans with the pompa program for me was only met with excitement and encouragement. They were overjoyed for our family and happy to make the changes needed knowing I could not continue on for now through pregnancy and breastfeeding. I think the way a company treats you through both the signing up/payment for the program as well as a change of plans really shows the character. I can confidently say today that the pompa programs most important goal is people. Money is not their main goal, getting more people to sign up is not their main goal. Their main goal is to be a vessel to help the people they believe they can find healing and they have pure and honest intentions behind everything they do. Also the amount of knowledge I gained through the time in the program is more than I could have ever done on my own. I can confidently say that one day I WILL be returning back to this program and completing it as soon as I am able to and look forward to that day. Thank you Pompa Program for the impact you have made on life life in just a short time. I will be back!

  I am on the second week of the Body Phase and have seen some positive results on a couple of my chronic health issues. Some days are better than others but I do see progress. With the help of my coach and support team, Im anticipating good results for my future health.

  Megan was terrific. She was clear and concise while explaining the Pompa Program to us. She answered all of our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Even though we’re not ready to participate in the program at this time, we have a greater understanding of the program for when we are.

  I found the Pompa Program while on a path to find solutions to long term health and wellness. I started off researching everything I could about type 2 diabetes. Not diagnosed, but just having the knowledge that my extra weight and lifestyle were going to catch up with me. I committed myself to changing the direction of my health. I am not into fads or fly by night gurus, or TV news promotions, or the latest book or blog. Life has taught me to be suspicious, cautious, and this includes on the healthcare front. My research led me to studies showing the effects of sugar and other toxins in the body including something I had not anticipated, cellular inflammation. Decrease the inflammation to improve health became clear. An amazing pod cast with ******************** MD and Dr ********************** lead me to look at Dr **********************s program. I am currently about 6 weeks into the Pompa Program. I love the way the program is structured! I have regular meetings with a coach who guides me through the phases, answers questions, provides suggestions, shares in my successes and is available by text in-between meetings. In addition, I have a success specialist who I meet with regularly. She helps with access to the online portal, and video lessons, and makes sure that everything and everyone is working well for me. The coaching has been fantastic, very helpful in making these long-term changes, which I am committed to for my health. What has happened in 6 weeks? My energy has stabilized throughout the day, I am sleeping better, my mind is clearer, I dont feel brain fog and my ability to concentrate on tasks has improved. I broke through a weight loss plateau, losing 7 lbs in the first month. This is not a weight loss program, they did not represent that it was, I did not incorporate it into my plans to aid in weight loss. Nonetheless, there it was. These successes have fed my joy, because I no longer see ageing as an inevitable downslide into aches and pains, forgetfulness and medications.

  I have experienced cramps throughout my body at least over the past year. I have always had excruciating calf cramps for as long as I can remember. Very recently they have moved to my internal organs. I dont know what component in the prep phase was active in relieving them, but having just completed the prep phase they are now 99% gone! I was seeing a functional medical doctor, who was only treating the symptoms with magnesium. Needless to say I cut her loose. The relief of these cramps has been a game changer. I cant wait to see what else is to come with Dr. *********************** protocols!

  I went through the prep phase very well. Im three days into my body phase and today. I feel much better than I felt in a long time Im by no means where I need to be but I do feel better. I started an exercise program this morning, which I havent been able to do in a long time.. *** decided to eat the foods that are good for me and leave the other foods behind looking at them as if they are almost poison. Im so grateful for the consultations, and those who have been so kind to me. I feel like somebody actually cares about my well-being. Ill be continuing on this for as long as I need to probably for the rest of my life. Thank you, Dr ***********************

  I have just started the program. Waiting on the prep phase to get here. The initial contact with the Pompa team was exceptional. Being that I have done alternative therapies in the past I expected that this was going to cost some. But nothing more than high quality supplements on a monthly basis except I will have a coach that I can pass questions to at any time. I am looking forward to trying this and sharing my journey, good or bad with everyone.

  I have the same complaints as I see from other people. I purchased a test kit, paid $167.00, and was then referred to sign up for a 5-month-long program that would cost $6900.00 if paid in full and $8800.00 if I chose to pay in a 6-month time frame. Upon researching this program after the consult, I found this and other threads. Many people have paid for a test that is most likely fake since everyone has hot pink results. I contacted ******, the consultant, and asked for a refund for the test kit. I sent him screenshots of this thread and one from ******* where a former employee speaks about the business paying employees to write reviews and other shady practices. I was never refunded my money, he only stated that none of the people on this thread went through the program. Other sites have posts from people who signed up, I found none to be positive or influential, they were all negative. Some people signed up for the 5-month program, became sick after the first month, were unable to finish, and received maybe 10% of their money back. I assume there have been a limited number of cases where people are healthier or cured. I will not follow through with the program though. My body is very sensitive since I have POTS and EDS. Be cautious and do your homework before you waste your money on hopeful ideas such as this one. Sending love and prayers out to all of the sick people. Don't lose faith, manifest and believe you will be healthy and happy. Check into vibrational healing. They have videos on YT. At this time, I have not been refunded for my scam hot pink urine test kit. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

  I went through all the hoops the reviewers complained about. I had some hesitancy about the program after years of trying to find a solution to my health problems. Im well enough to get through the day, but not well enough for actual living. Ive taken naps after work for years, i have two young kids that dont need a mom with so many health issues. I took a chance on a program i found on social media. With that being said i have researched so many health conditions and seen many natural drs and tried all the diets, including working with a functional medicine dr and a dietitian for years. I got a little better. Im still not sure entirely what has caused my health conditions, but that is the beauty of doing this program. I have never seen such an incredible library of research and knowledge on things that are overlooked by the regular medical field. The support from the resources they offer, plus daily webinars on so many things is absolutely mind blowing. I have always loved the natural health world and have been well versed in it for a long time. There are things in this program i had never even heard of. Change is hard, but having the resources and support, plus supplementation has truly given me my life back. Its up to me now to stick to it and follow through so i can live my absolute best life. I highly recommend this program! Best money Ive ever spent on my health!
