      I started the program last year January. I was overweight, suffering from inflammation and my body hurt all over all day, every day. I saw the Pompa program and decided to make the commitment. I takes dedication, change in lifestyles but the benefits are worth it. I have lost 20 lbs in the last year, my body paid has gone away and I feel better. I'm not done yet but with the help and support of my coach ********** will reach my goal I'm sure, **** has walked me through the process and encouraged me when I felt frustrated. She has given me a wealth of information!This is a commitment not only in your lifestyle but financially as well. But when I consider that it may add years to my life and time with my grandchildren its worth it!

      My consultation with Brice O. and the Pompa team has been nothing but great all the way around. Brice was clear and concise in his explanation of the program and what was expected of me for my success. The Pompa team has been caring, helpful and present in my experience with them. I have been on the program now for a short time and am already noticing some changes! I am totally excited to see what's in store for the future.

      God led me to Dr Pompa. I’ve seen him numerous years in various capacities. He’s the real deal and his program makes sense. Common sense. I just wish I could’ve gotten my husband in first to save his life. God has healed me but Dr Pompa is going to make me well so I can stand up to what’s coming.

      I have tried so many “Doctors” “programs” only to fail because I always I missed out because I had no support. With Dr Pompa’s approach I have someone I can reach out to 24/7. I feel hopeful and I appreciate all the people rooting for me. Starting with God!! So much informative on the portal. Most importantly I see testimonies and support that it works!! I am confident it will work for me.

      I cant say enough about my 5 star experience! Its been an easy process getting started. Its been the best experience Ive ever been a part of as far as my health and well-being. These people have you at their heart and best interest. I feel like part of a big family. Its so lovely!

      The Pompa program is such a professional, helpful and very well organized program. It is truly individualized and I love my coaches! There is so much to learn and an endless supply of teaching videos that, I feel, are pointing me in the right direction. I am just starting the body (detox) phase and Im already seeing improvement in my heart, liver and circulatory system. Im so thankful for the program and look forward to continued improvement!

      It is a commitment, but do the work and reap the rewards. in three weeks my blood pressure has dropped significantly and stabilized. I have had some weight loss, less of an appetite so that it is easier to fast, sleep is better Lots of good news
