  I am looking forward to working with the Pompa program. I am just starting the first month and everything has been organized and professional. I have enjoyed the health coachs in-depth knowledge and her willingness to listen to me as I share information. I will keep posting as I move through the program.

  I believe in **. Pompa system. They have a better way by looking for the cause of illness.And he will tell you if he cant help you. Everybody is very personable and knowledgeable.I am very grateful that I found Pompa!Sincerely **************

  I am only at the first (PREP) stage so far so my review is only about the first (PREP) stage. I have seen some improvements, nothing dramatic. Thats for the next stage. I did however eat trigger foods (at the advice of my team to monitor symptoms) and had no reaction. I have MCAS, EDS, and multiple other inflammatory disorders caused by those two. Zoom calls are easy to manage and schedule, you get a team that you can message at any time and believes in listening to the patient. The patient portal has lots of videos that help you understand why they do what they do and how to understand some of the other factors that are delaying your healing, like silver fillings, environmental factors, cleaning products and cavitations. I dont think you have to be super sick to try this. Dr. Pompa's method of healing the source of your illness so it doesnt come back seems very promising. They often put you on a 'Cellular Detox" diet but if youre like me and have food triggers or eating problems they can adjust. I stayed on my Low Fodmap diet. Each person's treatment is different because each person is different. For me that meant a sensitive route with low dosage on their Allergy and Vegan box for you it might mean a variety of different helpers they keep in the "toolbox". If you need someone to listen to you, your body, and adjust as you go so far i'd highly reccomend. You have to be willing to do your homework, take your medicine on time, and communicate with your team.

  So far so good, yes it is A LOT but I have faith in ** Pompa, the coaches and the science. I just started the supplements and have high hopes. Truth be told I am not good at being disciplined but they will, and do, meet you where you are and then make some adjustments, nothing crazy.....yet. :)

  Addressing the underlying cause of any problem is absolutely essential. This is especially true when it comes to our health. The Pompa program offers a logical, methodical, sequential way to getting to the root of our problem. It is multi-sensory in its approach, and comes with testimonies from people who have not only decided to take their health seriously, but have also reaped the rewards for doing so.

  I am impatient to get my products! Everyone on my team has been very informative and friendly to meet! I know this depth of cleansing is what I need to recover my health and feel alive with the clean energy I used to have!   Within the first two weeks I experienced already so many improvements. From physical to emotional: I have a better rest bc I can sleep. My gut health seems to be on the right track and in general I feel my overall health getting better. Great resources are available and with the support (personal and groups) my motivation is up. I am so excited for what is more to come and cannot wait to restore my health! Thank you Dr. Pompa for this program and thank you for the educated &inspirational assistance (thank you Anthony &Sara)

  Im impressed with the ideas you present about healing the cells as that is where it all happens at a base level. Makes a lot of good sense. Our set up coach was very helpful. Cant wait to get started on the program

  When I heard about Dr. Pompa's program I tried to see if it was for me and could help me or was just another hipe. I have read bad comments and didn't get discouraged because people, in general, want things to change overnight and for free, they don't like doing work and making changes. I am a health coach myself and have my successful story in helping my son overcome Autism symptoms, which didn't happen overnight. I have experienced many clients with unrealistic expectations, too. After carefully reviewing the pros and cons I wanted to be part of this program. And this program is not offering a magic pill but it's offering huge resources and knowledge, tools, and ways you will get to use along this journey that will eventually lead to great results. Once you sign up for the program you are signing up for a total transformation of your life. But don't get discouraged by that, because they meet you where you are and walk with you each step. Some people heal faster some need to stay on this healthy route for some time. We didn't ruin our health in one day or by eating one wrong thing in our life, so healing will also take some time. But you see results each month. I like what I am doing, I like how my body is changing, and I never regretted my decision. This is my second month on this program, and I am so excited to go each step at the time. If you truly want to get to the root cause of your health issues this is the way. Once you are part of this community you will feel encouraged because you will see so many people are getting better each day. Also, you are not alone because we all are going through the same path. Something to take with you "Nothing works unless you do." *****************. If you follow their guidance and do your work, one day you can write your successful story too. I am working towards mine.
