      We have tried for almost ten years to find someone with the willingness and ability to teach us how to heal ourselves and live a healthy lifestyle. We have tried many experts, social media gurus, DIY treatments but it was near impossible to find all of the information in one place with a roadmap and team to walk you through it. So far, the Pompa program is the team and roadmap my wife and I have been looking for.

      I started the Dr ******************** on April 15, 2024, I am 67 years old, I was 183 pounds at 5'8", I follow the program religiously, I have changed my eating habits and am very watchful on what I eat. My wife also started the program the same time I did, it is super helpful to have a great support system as I do. Some days I am her pick up and other days she picks me up, we are a great team and our lives are better with the program. I have lost 13 pounds to date (July 16, 2024) although the Dr ********************** is not a weight loss program, I believe by changing my eating habits it has made all the difference in the world. I used to eat 4 to 5 sandwiches a day with whole wheat bread, processed meats, I ate grapes regularly to curb my hunger, only to be hungry again in an hour. By just adding a little protein along with the grapes that made a big difference (a little coaching tip from my Coach ***************************, **** *******!! ) I was not hungry later, I cut my sandwiches down to 1 to 2 with sourdough bread, I read labels, grass fed only, if God did not make it I wouldn't eat. The biggest change in my life is my inflammation! Prior to Dr ********************** I could not sit on the floor and cross my legs and play games with my grandchildren, we have ten. I can now sit, cross my legs without pain or discomfort! That is a really big thing for me, our grandchildren are very important to us, 6 of the 10 live within a mile so we spend a lot of time there.
