      These guys are amazing! The windows are very easy to operate and high quality. Next day, I noticed how it makes the difference in terms of the heat resistance. Performance windows technicians were so neat and quiet! I had a business with other windows companies, and I had to clean the whole house after their installation. After Performance windows installation, I was barely see anything.Highly recommend and definitely will come back for my next set of windows!

      Not only is it a good feeling making investments back into your homes overall efficiency, but an even greater feeling getting it done at an affordable cost with no pressure. This was such a pleasurable experience I had with Performance Windows. First of all I would like to extend firm handshakes to Marketing Coordinator ******. Saxtons gracious approach and high level interpersonal communication skills really gained my trust and confidence in doing business with Performance Windows. Second of all I would like to extend firm handshakes to Marketing Director ******. Raelees smile was the first thing I noticed and quickly realized her high level of patience, professionalism, and knowledge as she answered all questions or concerns I had. Lastly I would like to extend firm handshakes to ***** and his crew *****, and *******. *****s crew not only works with a high level of craftsmanship, and efficiency but also display great interests in cleanliness , providing protection and care of all household items. It was my honor to have them work on my house. Make no mistake, any issues or concerns I had during my window replacement project were ccommunicated, and addressed immediately through Performance Windows. 10/10 for my experience I highly recommend Performance Windows, you will be 100% satisfied from start to finish, and a comfort knowing all work, and materials come with a lifetime warranty.

      I have a no soliciting sign on my front door. And these people blatantly ignored that sign, ring my doorbell, and woke up my child. I have a very specific reason as to why I have that sign up, and it is not so that solicitors can come to my door and disturb me and my family. You can rest assure that I will never use this company, and if there was anybody that needs windows, I will do everything I possibly can to persuade them to never use this company. I really hope this company goes bankrupt, because they absolutely deserve to.

      Had a great experience with Performance! Communication was fast and proactive. The team arrived on time and was very professional. The install was fast and they cleaned up after themselves. Love how our windows look.

      We had the last of our original windows replaced and they are beautiful and have made a huge difference in energy efficiency. We are able to keep the house at a more controlled temperature even in the heat of summer. The crew was polite, clean and professional. Would recommend again.

      Performance Windows look amazing! The crew communicated arrival time and were very quick and efficient on install. They left us with clear instructions on how the windows work, cleaning ***************** information. We were very pleased with the ***************** from start to finish.

      ************, **. The double panel windows were installed last October 2024, and the small one on top of the entrance door was broken. We waited months for them to replace it. And, when they came to replace it, the second one was broken too. They also replaced one window in the living room because there was a problem, but then I noticed that I couldnt lock it, and sometimes I have the same problem with the two windows in the garage. When I talked to ******* over the phone about the problems I was having with the windows, he said that with the double panels theres this inconvenience and discrepancy, unfortunately, where, especially if the windows are big, you have to push with one hand the top window, and then lock the bottom. Nobody told us that we would have had this inconvenience with the double panels windows. He showed us how to close it, but he didnt specify the discrepancy in details. Now, if youre 52 feet or shorter, you need to stand on a stool to reach the top window and then lock the bottom one. ******* also said: How I was supposed to know that you needed to use a stool to reach the top window. Another representative also said that unfortunately theres this inconvenience because of my height. In other words the problem is my height not the windows. Today **** came home, but when I asked him to come in and check the window in the living room that doesnt close it all, he refused saying: I have nothing to show you anymore in a very arrogant manner. The window in the living room doesnt close. When I asked ******* to come and check the window, he said that he trusted his installer, and then he asked me to send a video to show him that the window doesnt close. New windows, and were already experiencing problems. This is so deceiving and disrespectful.

      The windows were installed by an excellent crew. They made sure everything was leveled and sealed tightly. The gentlemen even fixed the uneven/hole in my concrete foundation before installing the sliding door. I can really notice a difference on these hot summer days, my home stays cool. There is also a great difference in noise reduction, I barely hear any outside noises anymore.

      Permit process wasnt ideal but the installation went as described and was completed in the time frame that was discussed. The Performance team was professional and extremely nice and helpful.

      Great experience with Performance Windows. The installation crew was on task from start to finish. One day installation, with crews thoroughly cleaning up when installation was complete. We have already raised our thermostat setting 3 degrees higher and the temperature actually feels cooler in the home.
