I had an extremely negative experience with this property management company. The owner was very predatory and refused to fix anything. I had to escalate my complaints to the Century 21 headquarters, only to discover that this is a privately owned company. They truly don't care about their tenants and allow the owner to neglect necessary repairs, yet still hold tenants responsible as if they are owners. I experienced numerous unfair charges, including being billed for the removal of curtain rods I never installed. Previous reviews revealed that they often keep deposits and charge unjust move-out fees. The treatment I received was not just unfair but has caused me PTSD. This business is a scam and has been the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. Avoid at all costs!
