      I hired Simply Solid Surface to install a new solid surface countertop and backsplash on the vanity of a newly constructed bathroom. They required full payment in advance. There is a gap between the countertop and backsplash which needs to be repaired. I notified the owner, REMOVED, on September 2, and have contacted her regularly since. It has not been addressed.
