I was very skeptical about this process and this company. But happy to say they did what they said they would and i promised to leave a review. It took about 11 months there were no hiccups we played phone tag a few times, as Im sure theyre busy just like me. I was happy with my timeshare, but after looking at the hats available to me now to travel, i no longer need it. Im looking forward to being timeshare free! I do recommend this company as they did follow through!

This is 100% a SCAM! I worked here for a while and everything going on is a scam. They use high pressure techniques to scare the customers into paying thousands of dollars up front to leave their timeshare; however, once the money is received nothing happens!!! This company is very sneaky and tries to hide this from its customers and employees.

       ******,

You are not a client of ours nor have you ever been a client of ours. You also have never been an employee of Southwest Deed & Title. Maybe you are thinking of the wrong company? I see the zip code that is registered to where you are is in ********. We are a long ways away from *********

I can assure you that we are not a scam, we do not hide anything. We are out here helping timeshare owners each day and we do the job that we are hired for. We put everything in black and white in a contract to protect our clients as well as ourselves. With contracts both sides are obligated to uphold their end of the agreement.

If you know anyone who needs help please have them reach out.

I signed up with south west deed and title in January 2023. I paid $7695. It mightve been around six or eight weeks afterward that I did receive a phone call. They call to just touch base. I believe I received another phone call after that requesting a copy of the title. I sent that in and months went by and I realized I had not heard anything. I called again and they said they did not receive the title. I sent it again. In the meantime, I was told Im not allowed to use my timeshare resort. When I signed the paperwork originally they told me they would be taking another $1300 out for a title transfer. Anyone move the time of February 2023. During all this time I remain patient and did not call because I was told it could take around a year. I had no further communication from them. I did contact them at a much later time and I just want my money back. I do not feel that they did their job and in the meantime, I was not to use my timeshare. My husband took ill, so I called wanting my money and they said they still had never received my title.I had gotten a few notices from Timeshare cures, and after speaking with them, I was able to transmit a copy of the deed to them, and they said that if there was any problems prior to that, that was to be taken up with Southwest Deed and title. I did not have any issues directly with Timeshare Cures. I believe they did not do their job and they drug their feet. I just want my money back and I was told they would not do this.I dont know if this is a bad company or a scam, but I would avoid it at all costs

       *******,

I have reviewed your file and spoken with Timeshare Cures, who is our affiliate. To this day they still have not received the requested documents nor has payment been fully made per your contract. Several request have been made for this information and payment. We are 100% able to get this job done, all we need is your cooperation and to abide by the signed and initialed contract. We also need the fulfillment of the payment that was agreed upon and outlined in your contract. If you have any further questions, please give the office a call so that we may get this moving quickly for you.

Stay away from Southwest Deed and Title! Took our money almost two years again and did little more than write a few redundant letters that often needed correcting! Tried calling a main office - good luck! Spoke to ******* who signed us on, but did nothing else! However, he did put in a text that we would be refunded if they didn't do the job (and we kept good records). Well, we called for that refund after a year and a half, and he acted as though it was on the way and he would check on the status and call us back! No surprise, Call never came and neither did a resolution to unloading our timeshares! We feel as though we were scammed! How can this business continue to be allowed to financially hurt so many people! There should be a way to warn people away! They don't deserve a STAR!

I do apologize for any frustration. I can assure you that we do the job we say we will do and get you out of the timeshare. We ask for patience, not every resort does things as quick as others. The letters and such done is based off of the resort you own and what you have with them. The case managers we have, have been doing this for a long time and knows what works best. If you would like more information please call the main office or email us at ******************************

Thank goodness, I did an internet search as well as BBB reviews before giving this company $30! I received a call from a representative from J&S Associates. She said that my timeshare (T/S) company had breached their contracts in 2012 by providing non-owners with better ********************* Also, they would soon be implementing the following1. Forcing owners into point system 2. Charge assessment fees to deed timeshare to an individual such as child ( for those owners who havent upgraded, like myself). 3. Increasing maintenance fees by 30% for those the T/S was deeded over to.Moreover, she mentioned how their company was handling this breach1. Trusts would be set up & maintenance fees would be paid out from the claims settlement. 2. Deeds would be written in without any assessments, etc. It all sounded great, but I needed to pay that $30 fee before they would set up the meeting. I was offers two options to pay, PayPal or credit card. She said that I would be refunded $30 upon my arrival at the meeting and out of secrecy she said they would be giving me an additional $50 for a total of $80. Out of skepticism, I began to ask lots of questions and search their company, J&S Associates, on the internet. Found and old building that looked like it was in a ghost town with their name on the bannerRED FLAG! Her excuse was theyd recently moved & could I imagine she had to work there for 4 months. They had no website. Her excuse, to keep their mortgage recovery program free theyre only on FacebookSUSPICIOUS! But when I got to the BBB site and read the reviewsI INFORMED HER THAT I WILL NOT BE GIVING OVER $30 & THAT THEIR COMPANY HAD HORRIBLE REVIEWS! SHE HUNG UPLOL!!

My mother and I just recently started the process with this company (12 Aug). Yes, they called her too talking about a class action law suit against the timeshare company, but when we showed up the presentation was about getting out of the timeshare. I've been wanting out of it for a while now and decided that we would move forward with them. We used a credit card for the initial deposit on Aug 12th. It was such a coincidence that right after they charged our cards, the very next day there were fraudulent purchases being charged to not only one card but both of the cards. Coincidence huh?! We got that taking care of with a fraud claim through our bank. My mother reached out to ******************* the owners brother(as he told us)with no answer or returned call. 18 ******************* reaches out via email stating she tried to reach us by phone and it was unsuccessful... However, there was no missed call or voicemail left. We did email her back with the information she requested and she replied in a timely manner. On 22 *********************** called my mother to offer a welcome package and to apparently discuss the next step and the final payment due. Now I know we're in the beginning stages of this process that I hope is not a scam, I've read a lot of reviews most of which are bad! I'm going to continue to make reviews throughout our process and if it's a success, I'll give them their 5 stars and even recommend their business to a few others who need assistance. As a retired veteran who took care of people for 20+ years... I hope this company has the integrity to do what's right and take care of their clients. We shall see!

I do see you also did a ****** review and I responded on there as well. I do apologize for any missed communication on any part. The company that called you was the marketing company that we hire to book our seminars. Southwest Deed & Title would be the ones that you met with face to face. I can assure you that any fraudulent purchases that were charged was not connected with us in any shape or form. We do not share any personal information of our clients. If we are unable to reach by telephone then we do make sure to send an email out to make sure there is contact made. You are in good hands and I guarantee you that we are not a scam and will get this resolved as promised. If you ever have any questions or hesitation at all or you just simply want to check in at the office, please do not hesitate to call, email or both at anytime. We are here to help!

SCAM August 19th 2023.I received a call from a lady saying she was fom J&S Associates said they wanted to help get ** us all $$$ we have spent AND STILL keep it. We were skeptical about it, but came to hear what they had to say. When we arrived FIRST RED FLAG WAS IT WAS a totally different company name, and things got going we then knew it was nothing other than a sales pitch for $**** then an additional $1300 for attorney fees. My husband and I decided we were done we walked out and one of the representatives followed us all the way to the car, with more of the same BS. I'm certain they will make a comment about my review saying I miss understood, TRUST ME ITS ALL A SCAM.

I do apologize for any confusion. ******************** is not part of Southwest Deed & Title. They are the marketing company that we have hired to book our appointments for **. I assure you Southwest Deed & Title is not a scam and we have helped several timeshare owners in the years we have been opened. Again, I apologize for any confusion on the part of ********************. If you have any questions for Southwest Deed & Title please give us a call.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! My wife and I went to a "Class Action Lawsuit To Get Out Of Your Timeshare Seminar" put on by this company. They explained the only way to get out of a time share agreement, and not just give it away, was to file a class action lawsuit. They gave us a list of actions to pick from that could be used to show misrepresentation on the part of the timeshare company. They convinced us that the timeshare company would be forced to settle with us. After the group pitch, they shuffled us off to a room and convinced us to sign contracts with them to be part of their class action lawsuit. The fee for this action was $10,000., which my wife put on her Discover card. There was a lot of legal paperwork to fill out and sign. We were there for well over two hours and getting tired. They pushed the last of the paperwork in front of us for initials. Our big mistake was that we did not read everything they shoved in front of us.A couple of weeks after the seminar, we got a letter from a third party company, named ***************, requesting $!,300 for legal fees and for us to sign paperwork for their lawyers to transfer our titles to them. This was the same "Get Out Of *********************** that had been trying to scam us for years. They would take your timeshare for $0 and you pay the legal fees.We didn't have to pay South West $10,000 for that service! That isn't a class action lawsuit! We filed a complaint with Discover, but they ruled against us saying somewhere in the paperwork we signed there was verbiage giving them the right to unload it to the third party.I would have left 0 stars, but wanted there to be no doubt that I forgot to rate them.

On June 23, 2023, we entered a Timeshare Termination agreement with SW *************************** in consideration of $5500. On June 25, 2023, we emailed and texted their agent that we wished to cancel our agreement and wished to have our retainer refunded. On June 28, 2023, we received an email from Southwest Deed saying that they voided the transaction and an email from AMEX that the charge had not been posted. Thank you, **************
