      About to switch insurance. You call in and have to fight to get past the automated systems that doesnt understand what you need. Then you finally get someone on the phone that doesnt know what you're talking about. I told her I need a copy of my declaration to send to my bank and she goes yeah we dont do that. ????? Like what the do you mean you dont do that. You're MY AUTO INSURANCE??? She then goes can you like bring your insurance cards to them? I was literally shocked after that question. I then asked can you please transfer me to someone that know what Im talking about and shes yes hold on and hung up.

      We have been with USAA for 9 years, as soon as we heard about them, just recently our granddaughter hit a curve and tore up a tire and a few other damages underneath the car I called and it took over a week before I could get any service also when I kept calling in I got rude customer service and the appraiser was ***** too seems to enjoy telling me our parts had to come from auto zone USAA is very expensive but always took care of their customers quickly and very nicely I am here to tell you NOT ANYMORE!! They are high as the sky and rude as ever. I do not care for this company any more with all their rudeness and expensive rates I do not want to accept if you a member get out start looking for another company if you are looking for a company go look else where, not USAA.

      If I could rate -5 stars I most definitely would. USAA claims to be there for military and everything but treat us like c*** My vehicle has been insured through them for 2 years and I pay for full coverage. My vehicle was taken off the side of the highway and vandalized then taken to a different city where they abandoned it. I filed a police report on 3/11/25 and an auto theft claim with USAA the same day. It is now 7/20/25 and they are now telling me that they are not giving me a total loss settlement or getting my car fixed. They have been giving me the run around sending me papers for title procurement and total loss settlements but telling me I have 10 days to pick up my vandalized vehicle. USAA had everything they needed from me I gave them the police report number and gave multiple statements. So at this point its just shows that they are full of it. I would not recommend getting auto insurance through USAA ! Or anything for that matter they dont care about military.

      I, like many others are frustrated by the fact that my father, my grandfather, my uncle and my sister all served honorably in the United States Navy. My sister IS a current member of USAA, but that doesnt qualify me. Neither my father nor my grandfather or uncle ever had USAA so that doesnt qualify me. So really they dont let anybody in because its a good old boy network. THE REAL KICKER IS THAt I WAS AREADY A MEMBER of USAA 12 years ago and was able to qualify based on my federal service, but that doesnt count anymore either. If I cant even get back into the club that I used to belong to, then I guess its a good thing. It seems that I would not get any satisfaction from being a member anyway.

      Absolutely the worst insurance agency. Over the years they kept increasing my premiums on both home and auto without cause. Then when I needed a claim for home they nickel and dimed me until I had to flip the whole bill. Still fighting with them over it. I started looking around and found out I was paying 5000 more a year than the next most expensive competitor for better coverage and deductible than USAA. They constantly lie and cheat on the phone and continually make up rules and regulations that they have to follow but yet no one else in the department knows these rules.

      Ive had USAA for 6 years no problems. Ive recently gotten married and I'm trying to add my wufe to my account we filled out the paperwork I called a few times within the 10 business days the said everything look fine and they had it just had to input the information day 10 they email me back saying they received some of it not all of it.....how it was all one document so now I have to do everything again and probably wait ANOTHER 10 business days so probably a month before its really done just to add someone and give them more business....if this dosent go smoothly I will cancel with them this is the most ridiculous system and customer service I've ever gotten from a bank and this is after I thought I got rid of the bad ones

      I had been through USAA for a long time and then after a while they charged me double prices on everything so I went to a different insurance company and they charged me a lot better upset that Ussa doubled my premiums

      FIRST THEY WOULDNT HONOR MY CLAIM FOR THE HIT AND RUN THAT I WAS INVOLVED WITH THE WEEK THAT MY FATHER PASSED AWAY-SECOND THEY NEVER EVER SEND THE RIGHT NAMES ON THE INSURANCE CARDS- I HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERY THREE MOONTHS TO TELL THEM TO PUT THE CORRECT NUMBER OF NAMES ON THE INSURANCE CARDS- I HAVE BEEN WAITING TWO WEEKS FOR THE NEW CARDS-ALL I GOT WAS A RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE SOMETHING AND NO NEW CORRECTEDCARDS-BUT MISS A PAYMENT -THEY LOVE TO B**** **** AND MOAN-35 YEARS? DONT MEAN S*** TO THEM!!!
