  This is the second time I have had Solartime USA provide a solar system for our home in Plano, TX. The first was for our solar panels and inverters, which we purchased in April 2019. They have been working great, saving us lots of electricity costs. Over the years, Solartime has been helpful in recommending retail electric providers for our particular needs. Our contract with our retail provider was up and when I renewed with them, I was surprised to discover that most, if not all, retailers in Texas no longer provide net metering - meaning that instead of them paying back the same rate as I pay them, they pay an agreed upon fixed rate, but now pay back at the Texas electric wholesale rate, significantly reducing our cost savings. I did some research and learned that I can lower my costs by adding a battery to the existing system. I shopped around online and found that the estimate by Solartime was the best available. So, based on that and the fact that Solartime provides great, personalized service, I contracted with them for the battery add-on. I have had it installed and operating now for about a week, and it's working great. I will know more after my next electric bill or two just how much I am saving on electric charges. Installation was on-time and took about a day. Thanks, Solartime, for another great installation.

  When researching solar companies, SolarTime USA kept checking all my boxes because I'm the kind of nerd who project plans things like this.REMOVED, the sales person was so easy to talk with and was never pushy. He was quite patient with me and walked me through where some of my project assumptions were wrong. Whoopsie! His patience was rewarded when I signed their agreement and became a customer.Throughout the process, end to end, the team communicated well to set expectations and they worked very hard in the REMOVED. Wow, these are really tough people, who were friendly, jovial, and comfortable to be around.TLDR: Perplexity told me to call them, I did, and I'm a happy customer.

  Great, family own company. I interviewed 3 companies before I went with solartime. They did not try and upset or sell something I didn't need. System has been in now for 6 years and haven't had any problems. Even though my system is paid off the people at Solartime still are helpful if I have any questions. In addition to install they also clean the panels if needed which I just had done. I would recommend this company to any solar install or cleaning which I have already done on several occasions.

  Ive had my solar system installed 8 years ago by Solartime , and theyve been fantastic ever since. Anytime I have a question or need service, theyre quick to respond, professional, and always helpful. Its hard to find a company that still provides this level of customer support years after installation. I highly recommend Solartime if youre looking for a reliable local solar company in REMOVED. You wont be disappointed!

  Solartime installed my solar system at the beginning of the year, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From signing the contract to the installation, the entire process was quick and smooth. Their customer service was excellent- they kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Solartime to anyone considering going solar!

  SolarTime installed my 42-panel solar system back in late 2023. From beginning to end, they have been a first class operation. Anytime I have a technical issue arise, they have been REMOVEDon the spot and quick to assist me in getting the situation resolved. Highly recommended!

  I cannot tell you enough what an Amazing team Solartime has! Shoutout to REMOVED, MY Project Manager! Our house had a major electric issue in the middle of our install and they helped us turn it into a complete house rewire with so much ease! If you are on the fence about solar, do it! My electric bill is the last of my worries! We look forward to adding more panels and another power wall in the future. I wouldnt trust anyone else with this project!

  I had a great experience with Solartime USA. After my SolarEdge system stopped producing, I contacted them based on a recommendation, and they responded quickly.REMOVEDcame out, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and identified a failed optimizer as the root cause. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The repair was completed efficiently, and my system is back up and running.I was also impressed by REMOVEDand the rest of the team. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They even helped transfer my REMOVEDaccount so they can monitor the system and receive diagnostic alerts going forward, which gives me additional peace of mind.Their pricing was fair and reasonable for the time and expertise involved. Its not easy finding a solar company willing and able to service systems installed by someone else, but Solartime USA handled everything seamlessly.I highly recommend Solartime USA to anyone needing REMOVEDtroubleshooting, repairs, or ongoing support. Im very happy to have found a reliable company I can count on for future solar needs.
