    Last night was the first big test of the new solar panel system at our house. We had two *********** outages. The first was for about a minute and then there was another one in the middle of the night for a couple of hours. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence where I live. I was awake for the first one and watched the lights in the house blink briefly and then go on like nothing happened. I didnt even get disconnected from the internet and I didnt have to reboot the computer. The ** Cubes kicked right in and rescued the day. This is amazing! We usually have to sit in total darkness and silence for an undetermined amount of time and then reboot the computer and reset all the clocks and wait for the next power outage.Anyway, the solar panel system performed flawlessly and didnt interrupt any activities! Ive waited a long time for this.Just wanted to let the team know that the system is up and running and has been put to the test and passed with flying colors! ********! Yea SolarTime!****

    Solartime fixed my solar system that was installed by a now defunct installer (O3 Home Solar). They fixed the wires that were chewed through by squirrels, installed a critter guard, and got my inverter talking to the optimizers again (SMA inverters / optimizers). Also installed a sense power monitor I got from a co-worker into my electrical panel. Great to have my system up and running again.

    I spent a lot of time researching ************* and installers. I came across ***************** channel. I found it very helpful in understanding the tech. Later, when I worked with Martyna to figure out the system size, orientation, placement etc., ******** friends together we went with SolarTime primary because of the following reasons. 1. They are very knowledge and I can rely on them to right size the system. 2. They are certified REC installer, which means REC backs the installations beyond the installer 3. On top of all this, Production guarantee and warrantee company offering gives peace of mind 4. They recommended a system that is matching my budget and usage. Along with it has SPS, which produces electricity from solar panels without a battery. Which is ******** system went live in Dec 2023. In 2024, I did net export for 2024. Anyone in the market for installing solar systems, I highly recommend SolarTime.

    I needed to have my roof replaced and I have solar panels. I am a senior citizen and recently had the privilege of working with Solartime USA. My panels were originally installed 2020by another company that sold the business to ***. ADT told me they no longer serviced solar panels. At a loss of where to turn, I called Solartime USA. I spoke to a very courteous employee and was provided with a bevy of information to protect my Solar panel warranty. They collaborated with my roofer to schedule the removal and reinstall, limiting the time I was without the panels generating power. My roofer and I will definitely recommend Solartime USA to anyone who needs their services. ****** *.
