  A Happy Solartime customer! After Tri-County bills just kept going up in 2022, I started researching solar companies over a 2-to-3-month period. Finally, I came across Solartime USA, which based on my research was a company that had a great reputation and some impressive educational YOUTUBE videos. Over the months, I had accumulated many questions which I already knew the answers to but many companies I spoke with were not honest in their responses. I asked these same questions when speaking with Solartime USA (Martyna) and she provided honest answers. After a deep dive into Solartime USA, I could tell this company was a perfect fit for what I was looking for in a solar company. In the end they met ALL MY requirements: An honest company with good customer service, a 25yr warranty on top of the 25yr manufacture warranty and a 25yrs panel production warranty which guarantees each panel not to fall below 92% production. From the time I first spoke with Solartime until the end of the installation, the experience was good. I would give Solartime USA an A+++ for being an honest trustworthy company. I really enjoyed working with Martyna as she wanted to make sure the solar system being installed met my needs. She did not try to oversell me, and she helped me save money on specific hardware I did not need for my ground mount. She was honest and the installation crew did a speedy yet professional job. I would highly recommend anyone looking to install solar to research all the others solar companies first and then compare them to Solartime USA.   A Long Installation but ************************** Despite the 7 long months to finish the installation of my solar and backup generator system, I highly recommend Solartime for their attentive customer service and experienced advice.The first two phases of my project -- planning the system and installing the solar panels -- went according to schedule. The final phase -- installation of my generator -- took an additional 3 months, but Solartime did all they could to mitigate the delay caused by third parties.Solartime did an outstanding job planning my system. I selected Solartime out of several quotes from ********** because of their competitive pricing, reputable brands, and local presence. They are a family-run company with a long history in the DFW area. Their expertise was evident in ************************************* ******* videos, and I believe that my panels, optimizers, and inverters are of superior quality and will provide years of reliable service.The solar panel installation was led by *******, and his team completed most of the installation in just one day with full completion within less than a week. The installation crew was very efficient, professional, and courteous; and they left the job site clean. ******* went above and beyond the call of duty by bringing to my attention some roof problems that I was able to get repaired just before **********'s warranty expired. Some leakage occurred from the solar panels after the first rain, and ******* returned very promptly and fully rectified the minor leaks. I was very pleased with the work of ******* and his team.In conclusion, I am happy to recommend Solartime to other residents of the DFW area and take comfort knowing that Solartime is a dealer who stands by its products and will provide attentive customer support over the decades that solar systems last.

  Solartime USA installed a 14kWp solar system at our home and we couldn't be happier. Our sales rep **** offered valuable insights as we planned our system; our project coordinator **** did a great job keeping ** well-informed throughout the process; the installation, electrical and technical teams worked exceptionally hard putting all the components together and ensuring we understand how our system operates. We did a lot of research before choosing Solartime USA. We got exactly the system we wanted at a great price by choosing a local, family-owned business with years of experience serving homeowners like **. Our new solar system is a major investment in our home and we are already seeing the benefits of lower energy bills and credits for selling our excess energy back to the grid. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing.

  Overall, our experience has been great with Solartime. Customer reps have been amazing, especially ****. They don't give you big sales pitch and dump you with lot of marketing info. They are to the point and also highly responsive.

  I am so glad I chose Solartime! After extensive research I picked them because of their honesty, knowledge and the fact that they are local. They were able to answer all of my questions and gave me more information than other companies were willing to give, they definitely have the customers best interest at heart. Excellent communication throughout the whole process, Solartime went out of their way to make me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

  Excellent Company. Sales Team is friendly and knowledgeable. Project Managers are impressive, responsive and very quick on documentation to get your panels installed fast. ******* is very supportive and guide you well with solar processes. I highly recommend this company.

  I have been looking for solar for 2 years and I have googled, *******d, and used ******************* to find installers. I actually found this company through there ******* channel that was much more informative then other solar companies "marketing" videos. They are outside of my area but I took the risk to contact them and see if they would want to help me out anyways. To my surprise they were, offered to get me a quote to compare to the ones I have but then did something one step further. The owner got involved and told me a better use of my money, to not look at the battery option but to go with solar + generator becuase I live in rural area with a lot of shade and need a battery option would not be good for me. I have had 6, not lieing 6 companines come to my house and sat down with me, NONE of them mention this to me. This company is amazing even though I'm not using them because they are not in my city they were still willing to help.
