I signed up because I only wanted to see the free copy of my credit report, then I started getting emails, I noticed there is no unsubscribe link on the email they sent, this makes me very suspicious, I went on to there webpage and logged into my account still no way to unsubscribe or change email preferences, I ended up blocking them, or in other words, don't contact me, I'll contact you.

When consumers purchase a ********** trial membership, they will receive important information about their enrollment, account and credit file, all via email; in his case, the member received a total of six emails. A seventh email confirmed his cancellation.Best ********************************* One Technologies, LLC

This company uses convoluted misleading information to lead you to believe the reports are free when they are, in fact, $29.95. I have read the company's justification for their actions. If there weren't issues with how you conduct business, numerous consumers would not have identical complaints. Horrible business practices and dishonest customer service when trying to resolve the issue. I intend to share my experience with everyone I know and ask them to share it to protect other consumers from these misleading practices. DO BETTER!Disgruntled, dissatisfied consumer.

********** is a credit monitoring product that gives consumers access to their credit scores and reports via a 7-day free trial; if the trial is not cancelled during the first seven days, a monthly membership account begins at $29.95 and continues until cancellation. Despite her claim of being misled, this member was made aware of the terms of the offer both times she signed-up: first in 2012, where she cancelled 1 day before her trial expired and again in 2023, when she cancelled three days after trial expiration. While it appears she only became disgruntled & dissatisfied when her request for a refund was denied, it was subsequently approved on 6/13/2023, as a courtesy.Best ********************************* One Technologies, LLC

This company is a scam. They don't inform you when your free trial is over so they can secretly charge you. They stole $30 the day after my free trial. That is ridiculous. I used their website for 5 minutes to get inform for a potential apartment. Don't use these people. Use your bank or credit union.

During enrollment, consumers are advised they are purchasing a 7-day free trial, then given the exact date the free trial expires, in this case, 5/30/2023. They then receive a confirmation email which gives the exact date and time of expiration, which was 05/30/2023 05:27 PM.
While attempts to bill this consumer on 5/30 and again on 5/31 were unsuccessful, payment was received on 6/01/2023, two days after his trial period ended.
Although the consumer’s allegations are untrue, he received a full refund once we became aware of the situation. He will also retain access to his ScoreSense member account through the month of June.

The email I received after the conversation said I was only going to get a $1 refund not the full $30. I can provide the email if they want to dispute that I did not get a full refund.

Yes, ************* initially denied the consumers refund request; however, he received a full refund once we reviewed the situation.

I read the negative reviews and was lery but my experience was positive. I was scammed by a ******* list rental using them for a credit score and they were very helpful in not only canceling my subscription but also refunding which I was not expecting. She also gave me the information to put a fraud watch on my credit scores.

Their freescore360.com is VERY MISKEADING! Its false advertising- after you enter all your info they want you to pay for your 3 bureau credit report and for the websites service of $29.95 after a 7 day free trial. Come on now - the link itself even says free score 360 days a year! These companies need to be stopped!!!

    One Technologies, LLC

    Date: 03/15/2023

FreeScore360.com is a marketing website that offers our credit monitoring product via a 7-day free trial, in which consumers are asked to initially pay a $1.00 refundable processing fee to verify payment. If the trial is cancelled during the first 7 days, the $1.00 is refunded, thus resulting in no cost (FREE); if the trial is not cancelled, a monthly membership account begins at $29.95 and continues until cancellation.

Secondly, 360 (degree, not comparable) is meant to convey a comprehensive review, which incorporates all points of view. It does not reference the number of days in a year.

Lied Lied Lied how can you trust the report was supposed to be free. no way I called as soon as my card was changed refund denied never used site

This consumer signed-up for ScoreSense via FreeScoreOnline.com, where the offer presented was "Get Your 3 Credit Scores" with a FREE 7-day trial. He was then shown the date the trial would end, and the cost of $29.95 thereafter.

Once a member, he logged into his account three times during the trial; four days after he was charged, he called to cancel, stating he thought service was free. The following day, he logged in again.

While the member's account of enrollment and use are inaccurate, we will refund his payment. In addition, he can continue to access his membership service through 3/19/2023.

Not " free" deceptive marketing strategy used. After obtaining all of your personal info. You must enter a credit card number, **** charged to verify card, and begin a free trial period. If you haven't canceled within during the allotted time, you will are billed 29.95/mo.

    One Technologies, LLC

    Date: 01/27/2023

This consumer began enrollment for ScoreSense on 1/25/2023; although they claim deceptive marketing, they clearly reiterate the terms of the offer, which involves a 7-day free trial and a $1.00 processing fee. If the trial is cancelled during the first 7 days, the dollar is refunded, thus resulting in no charge (FREE); if the trial is not cancelled, a monthly membership account begins at $29.95 and continues until cancellation.

The consumer abandoned their enrollment during Step 4, when they were asked for a credit card and advised if/when they would be charged.

If you are looking for your credit score online, do NOT use Freescore360, ********** or One Technologies LLC. I believe they are all one company operating under One Technologies LLC. They say you can get a free credit score for $1.00 which they will refund. THEN they start billing your credit card for $29.95 a month. I tried calling the phone number showing on my credit card bill but it just rang about 15 times and then hung up. I contested the charges with my credit card company and they were sent a 10 page contract that they said I had agreed to by email. I did call the number that my credit card company gave for these people and it did answer but I had to give my full SS# for someone to answer. I spoke with *** and she advised she would reverse the two payments of $29.95 and that my account had already been cancelled because I had disputed the charges with my credit card company. *******

Re: ***** **** Review of ScoreSense

ScoreSense is a credit monitoring product, owned and operated by One Technologies, that gives consumers access to their credit scores and reports via a 7-day free trial; if the trial is not cancelled during the first seven days, a monthly membership account begins at $29.95 and continues until cancellation.

This consumer signed-up for ScoreSense on three (3) separate occasions, in 2016, 2020 and most recently, October 2022. After she was billed twice, she chose to file a chargeback dispute in December when she couldn't reach someone by phone; although her account was subsequently cancelled, her credit card opted not to reimburse the charges. When she called ScoreSense back, she was advised the chargeback nullified the refund option in our system, therefore her request for restitution simply could not be honored.

Total scam. Bad practices: deceptive, inaccurate, steals your identity. Any place that asks for your SSN before payment information is a red flag.

    One Technologies, LLC

    Date: 09/19/2022

This consumer initiated his ScoreSense purchase via the website FreeScoreOnline.com on 9/15/2022; he subsequently abandoned during Step 4, which is when he was asked for a credit card and advised of all payment terms.

For the record, customers are asked for their SSN prior to payment in order to validate their identity and to determine if a credit file exists, and is available.

Nevertheless, his post enrollment assessment is both inaccurate and unwarranted.
