      they have not send my money back. They took money out of my account. I am still waiting for my refund, and is been 2 months. I don't know what else to do. They answer and always say yes, it should be any day now and nothing

      Records show the complainant purchased ******************** for a friend on 12/14/2023, using her own email address and credit card number.******************** offers consumers a 7-day free trial of its online credit monitoring product; a $1.00 refundable processing fee is charged at time of purchase to verify payment. If the trial is not cancelled during the first 7 days, a monthly membership account begins at $29.95 and continues until cancellation.After her credit card was charged on 12/21/2023, she sent an email requesting cancellation and a refund, then called the following day. When her refund request was denied, she waited seven (7) weeks to call back, on 2/05/2024. Her refund was approved the same day. Thank you,One Technologies, LLC Corporate Escalations

      It's a scam! BEWARE!!!1 of the ways to lure people into "signing up" to the "service" is FAKE For Rent Ads on *********** The rent amounts are way too appealing and hopeful people reply to those ads. The One Technologies, LLC "reps" (the one I talked to had a heavy Indian accent) ask for an email, phone number, etc... They tell you that they would send you the link to apply for the credit check necessary in order to qualify for the apartment. People go to this website that turns out to be a costly monthly subscription to their "services".Before people notice the charges, and/or realize they'd been scammed, the "Company" charges them at least 1 monthly fee of $39.99 (!!!!!) and they do not refund anything that had already been charged. How can BBB provide their logo on that website???? It's clearly a criminal way of conducting business, luring customers by misinformation and false claims. A group law suit by the victims is long overdue and a criminal investigation into these "business activities" are long overdue.These scammers interfere with busy people's trying to achieve their goals - in my case rent a place - taking up a lot of precious time and health, I got very nervous and upset by the fact that I had already provided lots of my personal information before I felt something was off and started googling the website in the link they emailed me to me for applying to rent an apartment, and the company name in it.

      One Technologies does utilize affiliate marketing to advertise our credit monitoring products online; however, the advertising of rental properties on ********** as a means to acquire enrollment subscriptions is a violation of our marketing guidelines and strictly forbidden. Upon notification of her review, we attempted to contact the consumer for additional information so that we could investigate the matter; unfortunately, we never received a response.While this consumers allegations of fraud and criminal business practices against One Technologies are completely false, we would appreciate any evidence she may have which could help us identity any rogue advertiser on the ********** platform.Thank you,Corporate Escalations One Technologies, LLC

      The website is deceiving. It said free, and then you charged me 2 hours ago. I haven't received any services from you, and I want to cancel the membership right now and reverse the charge. I will take this and every other way of contact as proof in case you don't reverse the charge and cancel the membership. I will do a dispute and a fraud complaint, and then I will contact consumer protection. So please cancel and reverse instead of all this hassle for both of us.There's not even an email or a cancel option on the website! It looks like you are deliberately hiding your information the first time I logged into the website was when I saw the charge of ***** $ and this was 2 hours ago, and that's because I wanted to cancel that immediately. It says that today is the first day of the membership, so since it hasn't been 24 hours and I haven't used the service, I am eligible for a refund and a cancellation.

      ******************** (NCR) offers consumers a 7-day free trial of its online credit monitoring product; if the trial is not cancelled during the first 7 days, a monthly membership account begins at $29.95 and continues until cancellation.The consumers membership was purchased on 12/05/2023 at 11:18 PM; they were advised their 7-day free trial would end on 12/12/2023 at the same time.After being charged at exactly 11:23 PM, the member sent two emails after midnight, demanding cancellation and a refund. He then filed his negative review.       I am very disappointed with you because you have said that the period of trial was for seven days. Yesterday, it was not seven days already and you did not do the right thing, charging more according to ************ I am a Disabled person, a Veteran under ADA ****(American Disability Act ****), and the law of accommodation. I do not have time for lies and wrong practices on your behalf. If you understand my statement; "I am cancelling," because I am VERY dissatisfied with your predicament. Truth is truth and maintaining a standard of ethics and correctness is right. "I WANT TO CANCEL," before the seven days given in your offer.****************************

If the trial is not cancelled during the first 7 days, a monthly membership account begins at $39.95 and continues until cancellation.This consumers membership was purchased on 11/10/2023 at 9:05 PM; they were advised their 7-day free trial would end on 11/17/2023 at the same time.Although they were successfully charged $1.00 on 11/10/2023, attempts to charge them the $39.95 monthly membership fee after their trial period ended were all denied. While ************* did receive an email requesting cancellation on 11/18, the day after their trial period expired, it could not be processed until 11/19, which is when their ********** membership was cancelled.       1.) This site is not working. It keeps saying my email address is invalid. My email address is NOT invalid @aol.com 2.) When I change the email address to my Gmail account @gmail.com the site seems to accept that one as valid. I click submit again and the site has changed my email address back to aol.com and turns the box red as an error. This is weird that the site changes what I entered when I hit submit It is a crazy cycle. First, @aol.com IS a VALID email address. The site should accept it. It does accept the Gmail alternate email address but changes it back to the one that is unacceptable to the site for whatever reason. Please fix this so I can move on from this page after over 45 min doing the steps above over and over. If you need more info, please give me a call Thank you!I tried to use chat for help.ZERO help I wrote everything out to explain all they keep doing was looking for my account I told them I did not have an account. The issue I was having was preventing us from going any further on the site. The chat people were ******* and *****. They both disconnected the chat on me. VERY POOR service. I will look for another site for my credit information.

      I'm leaving a review and may be seeking additional help through the BBB to have the charges on my daughters credit card reversed. I'm helping because she tried multiple times to cancel the service, and was unsuccessful on their website. She then called. She told the representative she wanted to cancel, that she couldn't afford the service, the rep told her they would drop the price to $5, when my daughter declined the representative told her the next month would be free so she could think about it! WHAT?! NO! she said cancel the rep wouldn't let her. She called back the next day and spoke with a different representative who gave her the same run around and didn't cancel her account. That's when she called me and asked me to help. Since the card being charge is connected to my credit card you bet I'm going to help. What the f ***********? She opened the account because either a landlord or third party servicer for an apartment complex asked her to as she was applying for housing out of state. Heads up to landlords - these company ***** and takes advantage of people making it purposely and unnecessarily difficult to cancel. I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to.

      The consumers daughter established a ********** credit monitoring membership on 8/02/2023, then logged into **********.com and viewed her credit scores and reports.Over a month later, the member called ************* to cancel her subscription on 9/12/2023 but agreed to keep it active by accepting a free month of service. A few hours later, she contacted Care via online chat stating she no longer needed service and wanted to cancel.********** representatives are trained to assist members with their requests while at the same time advising of the benefits and special features of our products; nevertheless, we regret any inconvenience or misunderstanding the member experienced with the request to cancel her membership.Best regards,Corporate Escalations Dept.One Technologies, LLC

      The consumer established a ********** membership by submitting his personal information, including email address, date of birth, social security number and credit card number. He then logged into **********.com and viewed his credit scores.At the end of his 7-day free trial, an attempt was made to charge the consumer the monthly membership fee but was declined. After 40+ unsuccessful attempts, the charge was eventually approved on July 1st.On July 3rd, the consumer notified the BBB he had been charged without authorization and emailed ********** requesting a refund.Although the consumer was indeed responsible for creating a billing account, he was refunded accordingly.Best ********************************* One Technologies, LLC

      I signed up because I only wanted to see the free copy of my credit report, then I started getting emails, I noticed there is no unsubscribe link on the email they sent, this makes me very suspicious, I went on to there webpage and logged into my account still no way to unsubscribe or change email preferences, I ended up blocking them, or in other words, don't contact me, I'll contact you.

      This company uses convoluted misleading information to lead you to believe the reports are free when they are, in fact, $29.95. I have read the company's justification for their actions. If there weren't issues with how you conduct business, numerous consumers would not have identical complaints. Horrible business practices and dishonest customer service when trying to resolve the issue. I intend to share my experience with everyone I know and ask them to share it to protect other consumers from these misleading practices. DO BETTER!Disgruntled, dissatisfied consumer.

      ********** is a credit monitoring product that gives consumers access to their credit scores and reports via a 7-day free trial; if the trial is not cancelled during the first seven days, a monthly membership account begins at $29.95 and continues until cancellation. Despite her claim of being misled, this member was made aware of the terms of the offer both times she signed-up: first in 2012, where she cancelled 1 day before her trial expired and again in 2023, when she cancelled three days after trial expiration.While it appears she only became disgruntled & dissatisfied when her request for a refund was denied, it was subsequently approved on 6/13/2023, as a courtesy.Best ********************************* One Technologies, LLC

      This company is a scam. They don't inform you when your free trial is over so they can secretly charge you. They stole $30 the day after my free trial. That is ridiculous. I used their website for 5 minutes to get inform for a potential apartment. Don't use these people. Use your bank or credit union.

      During enrollment, consumers are advised they are purchasing a 7-day free trial, then given the exact date the free trial expires, in this case, 5/30/2023. They then receive a confirmation email which gives the exact date and time of expiration, which was 05/30/2023 05:27 PM. While attempts to bill this consumer on 5/30 and again on 5/31 were unsuccessful, payment was received on 6/01/2023, two days after his trial period ended. Although the consumer’s allegations are untrue, he received a full refund once we became aware of the situation. He will also retain access to his ScoreSense member account through the month of June.
