We do not advertise free credit reports; however, our credit monitoring products are advertised with a 7-day free trial. Consumers are advised on the websites landing (first) page that a monthly membership fee of $29.95 is automatically charged after the free trial, unless it is cancelled.During Step 4, consumers are asked for their credit card information and advised to initially pay a $1.00 refundable processing fee to activate service. If the free trial is cancelled during the first 7 days, the $1.00 is refunded, thus resulting in no cost; if the trial is not cancelled, a monthly membership account begins and continues until cancellation. Consumers can obtain one free credit report each year from each of the three credit bureaus, ********, ******* and **********, via the website ********************************** provides online credit monitoring products that give consumers access to their credit reports and scores, first via a 7-day free trial; if the trial is not cancelled during the first seven days, a monthly membership account begins, at cost, and continues until cancellation. This consumer was advised of the terms of our offer each time she began enrollment this year, of which she subsequently abandoned purchase. 1 starI asked for the free credit report from the three credit agencies. When I received an email from scoresense I didn't open it because I get so many spam emails and I don't open what I don't recognize. The next thing I know I have charges of $1.07 and $39.95 on my credit card. I did not give my credit card number to this company. Now I find another charge for $39.95 this month, after I had called and cancelled and had an email saying my "membership" was cancelled. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!One Technologies, LLC

While consumer does admit to signing-up for a free trial our credit monitoring product to obtain her scores and reports and confirms she received email verification of her purchase, she incorrectly claims she did not submit her credit card, which is the only way her purchase couldve been completed. The failure to cancel her free trial within 7 days resulted in her card being charged the specified payment fees.While the subsequent cancellation of her membership wouldve entitled her to a full refund, the consumer chose instead to file a chargeback dispute through her credit/debit card provider, which nullified the refund option in our payment system. Although there is a record of the consumer attempting enrollment twice on 8/30/2024, we dont show it was successfully completed either time, which means any authorization charges would not be processed. This consumer began her enrollment for our credit monitoring service on 6/07/2024; the headline offer she saw on our website was Get Your 3 Credit Scores. Directly below it stated, Monthly membership of $29.95 automatically charged after free trial until you cancel. After submitting personal information, which allowed us to verify her identity, she was asked for a credit card to complete her purchase. She ultimately chose not to complete enrollment and left the site. Her contention that she was not advised there would subsequently be a cost is incorrect. 1 starTHIS IS A SCAM. I cancelled my membership online before the deadline. One of their questions is why I cancelled, and it asked was it for the fee report and I said yes. A few days later I look at my bank account and they have charged me multiple times making my bank account overdrawn. I called again and they had no record of my cancelling and the agent put in a request for a refund. They used that date as the day I was cancelling and now they send me an email saying my request for refund is denied.because of the length of the account. I called them and tried to explain and was told they have no record of any request for refund, no record of any of my calls and no record of online request to cancel.I want my refund and part of the money I had to borrow from ****** to keep the bank from over drafting my bank account.One Technologies, LLC

consumer signed-up for our credit monitoring service on 5/19/2024; at the end
of her 7-day free trial, she was charged $29.95 (on 5/27/2024). She called
Customer Care later that same day to state she had previously cancelled online
during the trial and therefore, should’ve never been charged. She was
subsequently advised we had no record of any prior contact or cancellation.
Nevertheless, while we investigate the matter to find out what may have
occurred, we issued her a full refund of charges and an apology for any
