    "On 2/5 /2026 I went online to pay my husband REMOVEDcourt fine an they used this company for processing the payment was removed from my bank an currently stuck on pending the court house claim there is nothing that they can do to release the payment the it is a tlyer tech issue an I can't reach anyone to help me at this company I have 413 dallors Tyed up with no assistance to fix the issue an it was their error"

    "Tried to navigate thru the custody process thru LA County and the Modria system (owned by Tyler technology) multiple attempts indicated that my court case was not on file even after I confirmed with the court that it was.
