    I have ordered from this company several times and was pleased with what I got. This time I placed an order on Dec. 28 and today is Jan. 19 and it still has not shipped. The website advertises shipping within 3-7 days. When I contacted the company I was told that since I ordered during a sale, shipping would take a little longer. The little longer has now been more than 3 times what is advertised. I ordered in plenty of time for the occasions when I needed the shirts so I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here in the future. I previously told all my friends and co-workers about this company but have since had to retract the positive review. I understand having a lot of orders during a sale, but if you cant keep up and honor what you advertise, maybe you should limit the amount you sell at any given time. You sure didnt hesitate to take the money out of my account.

    I placed and ordered for a star glitter tshirt when it arrived there was false advertisement there is no glitter on it at all. I applied for a refund and a return and they turned it down. Very disappointed customer. When we had purchased at Christmas time 50 Tshirts from them for a group. Thats why I had returned. Wont be returning for our group this Christmas. Lost customer.

    This company has cute stuff and generally good quality. However, shipping is now taking forever!! I ordered three shirts on May 4th, here it is May 20th and Im still waiting! Have reached out twice and get the same song and dance of, you bought during a sale so it is taking longer. I was told Friday5/17 that they would ship out. Well, I did get a notice that they shipped but when I check the shipment, it shows that *** does not yet have the item and only a label has been created. It is really disappointing! Was hoping to have the shirts by the end of the school year and I guess that isnt happening. Really wish they were on their game a little better. For me, I feel like they have had ample time to ship my package. If you need something for a special event, Id warn you to look and order elsewhere.

    Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Any time we have a sale that is as big as the sale you ordered from (50% off), it does mean that we get lots of orders coming in as everyone loves to save money. This also means it takes a bit longer to process these orders as we do not have the capability of increasing staff for a short period of time to accommodate the additional orders, but we do work longer hours in an effort to cut down the wait time. This is inevitable. We regret that you were not happy with the wait time, but hope you would understand the exceptional pricing you received for this order is the reason behind this.

    They spelled my name wrong on a custom order when I have reached out through phone call with no answer and their messaging system says to send a text. I sent a text and still have no response. I then sent an email with no response. At the very least I would like my money back.

    Placed my first order with this company. Paid over $50 for 2) Chenille shirts (Let It *********** Ball). Didn't realize the type of lettering that would be on the shirt, it's puffy and very scratchy to the skin. I sent in to exchange them but was told that since they were personalized I couldn't return them. I didn't realize "Let It Snow" and "Play Ball" was something that was personilzed since that is how it was advertised on their website. All I could find on the website was "Availability Hey Y'all! This product is customized and takes a bit longer to ship!", nothing about not being able to exchane or return the item. Very unhappy with this company!

    I have been ordering from T2D for about 2 years now and I cannot get enough. Their shirts and other clothing items are adorable and theyre great quality. I have never had an issue with customer service and everyone that I have talked to is super sweet and helpful.
