On January 21st I placed an order for the amount of ******. Some of the items were customized, and it mentioned they would take a little longer. No where was there info indicating that this would take weeks and it has still not been shipped. I reached out to the company and they were of zero help and the only response was telling me about the many orders they had to fulfill. That has been a horrible experience.Business Response

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, from ease of ordering to customer service and of course huge discounts that were provided on this order. We regret that this customer is not happy with the length of time the order took to get to her. When we have sales of this capacity, we do receive a lot of orders that have to be processed so that does mean it takes a little longer for them to arrive to the customer. In looking at the order, it did ship 10 business days after the order was placed. About 3 days longer than it normally takes for orders of this capacity to ship if it had not been during a sale. If the customer would like to return all of the merchandise, we will be happy to issue a refund. Again, we regret this was not a pleasant experience and we will be happy to issue the requested refund when the merchandise is returned.Initial Complaint

Order placed April 30th 2024. As of May 9th 2024 my order was still pending fulfillment. I sent emails waited no response calls no answer texts no response. At this point I believe this buisness to be nothing but scamming people out of money.Business Response

I bought tee shirts and sweatshirts from this company back in May, and they finally arrived in June. I only began wearing the t-shirt when the school year started in August, and I started using the sweatshirt just last month. They've been washed only about 1-3 times at most. Sadly, the letters on all garments have begun to peel off, and it seems this is a recurring problem with their products.The company suggested I use E600 glue to fix the issue, but I'm unable to do so due to an allergy to this product. Frankly, I believe it's unfair that I should have to repair a shirt for something as basic as the letters staying intact. These shirts were meant to hold sentimental value, but now they seem utterly worthless.Business Response

We are in ***** and these were shipped to ********. We pride ourselves in quality merchandise as well as excellent customer service so we regret this customer has had an issue. I ordered two t-shirts from the business tees2urdoor. It took quite a while but one was custom so I allowed for a time delay. After about a week of it not being delivered after the shipment confirmation on the app they told me to download, I emailed the customer service who told me to contact the carrier and that since I did not buy the 98¢ Protection plan. However the number to contact the shipment was a international number that did not seem authentic. Today (9/16/22) I called there customer service number to get a refund. The lady again said she cannot help me because I did not purchase the protection plan and if I googled the shipping (fedex) number and to call because that’s all she can do. That they only guarantee items to those who pay the protection plan. I am just wanting a refund of my amount but also confused as to why if I pay for shipping do I need to pay for a 98¢ protection plan to get my items?Business Response

I called the number listed for Customer Service for Tees2urdoor.com and spoke with ******. She told me she was the CEO of this company, but refused to give me her last name or business license number. After further research, I found out she flat out lied to me and that in fact that Lloyd ******* and ****** ******* are the CEO's of Tees2urdoor. When I called her back and confronted her with this information, she just laughed. This is unacceptable customer service from the Internet Division Supervisor, Ms. ****** ******!
I am requesting a full refund ($16.53 plus the cost to return it) because the website showed an inaccurate web description of what I received, so therefore I feel they misrepresented their merchandise and sold me something I did not order. I was told I could send the item back (at my expense) and they would issue me a credit. I want my full refund, not a credit as I will NEVER order from this company again!Business Response

This actually is not at all what happened on this call but ****** did speak with me and she did handle this the way she was trained to handle it. I am typically out of the office or in meetings so she is the one that handles all of this. She has worked for me for many years and has always been extremely professional. This customer from the time the phone was answered immediately began making threats about her order and demanding an immediate refund and of course a threat to contact the BBB.
I do however, think that if $16.53 will make this person happy, I advised her she can do it as a one time courtesy. When a customer orders and they want to return an item, we do issue a return authorization and they can return it at their expense for a store credit to use towards a future purchase. This information is available on our website to everyone on the ordering and returns policy. We will go ahead and delete this individuals account and refund her original order. There is no need for her to send this back to us. She may keep or donate this item.
