I recently moved here from the ***************** to *****, and in my search for a place to stay I happen to come upon **** apartment complex. I then did research just reading about the building itself and went onto the website and also spoke to the leasing office about the apartment, and what kind of things that they had and the website for this apartment complex stated that they had a fitness center as well as a business center that has computers that are accessible to the Tenants of the community. I recently went to try and get into the fitness center as well as a business center and found that neither one of them are up and functioning and when I asked the agents at the leasing office, they stated that the areas are still under construction when they flooded but their advertising that theyve fully renovated the entire community. I was also told that there would be laundry rooms to use in the community and in a place that consist of more than about **** people there is one accessible laundry room that has three Washers and four dryers . I also moved in about three weeks ago and still have not received my mailbox key and a key to a storage that I should have access to in my apartment and when asked I just keep being told that the key hasnt come or that the key hasnt been made. I would sincerely love to address the false advertisement about the building and its amenities. None of which are accessible to members of the community.
