    Great customer service and ****** is a very skilled Technician.. We had to have new parts on our AC unit and he was able to replace immediately. I highly recommend Harris.

    We would Highly Recommend Harris Heating and Air! From the initial contact with the office staff/scheduler to the tech that came to the house -the service is courteous and professional! ************** **** was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the services he performed and he took pictures to show us the process! We are very Thankful We have found this Company!

    Harris Air Services is a quality service, and I do not hesitate to suggest them for HVAC services. We recently had a technician come in to do a biannual service check. In our 2 years with Harris, we've had a handful of different technicians come our way, all courteous and professional. The technician walked me through the process, showing me photos and video footage of problem areas that weren't immediate. Due to the lack of urgency to repair them presently, I decided to push the service to the next service, and all was fine. In my opinion, Harris Air is a model for customer service and proficiency in their service.

    Harris Air has great customer service. Their service technician, ****, performed a warranty check up on our HVAC unit and he was extremely polite and very thorough. He sent me videos with commentary as he cleaned and inspected the equipment in our attic. He pointed out a few items that need attention but there was no pressure to have the work done while he was there as most service techs do. I also want to commend ******** in their office for being very attentive and personable in scheduling the warranty service. This is a very professional and well trained staff.

    I had a fantastic experience with Harris ************ They went above and beyond by coming out on a Sunday to repair our air conditioning. The technician was professional, efficient, and got our AC up and running in no time. We truly appreciate their dedication to customer service.     Harris Air installed a new system in our house nearly 5 years ago. The installation was seamless and their follow up on the bi-annual service visits has been great. ***** just did our fall check up and all was well. Highly recommend this company.
